Left eye brow was darker and was arched ok. The right brow was a lighter color and was rounded . One eyebrow was higher then the other. She then started on the eye liner. I asked for dark purple, but June said the color would not work, so we did black. When June was finished my eyes were red and swollen, she said use ice and use petroleum jelly. My eyes kept getting worse and I had to see a Dermatologist for infection and was given antibiotics on 1/14/26.Contacted June on 1/22/26 five times to let her know the upper and lower eyes had no ink whatsoever . It was as the treatment was never done. I asked June for a refund on the eyes only as I DID NOT TRUST HER TO DO MY EYES AGAIN. On 1/22/26 she agreed to refund for the eyes. Later that day she text me a copy of a contract that I NEVER NEW ABOUT NOR DID I EVER SIGN A CONTRACT. REFUSING TO REFUND ANY AMOUNT. I think it's very unprofessional. The secretary is very rude and because of her mistake I do not have a dentist. But besides that you should not be taken off the list completely for your other scheduled appts that are made a year in advance. I'm giving her one star only because I have to give her one. I've had my hair cut there three times. the first time I had to go back because it was cut crooked. the second time was OK except the layers were done strangely so I always had a boufant on top and a flip at the end. the third and final time the stylist clearly didn't understand what I meant by blend all the layers and add face framing because I still had a boufant when she was done. I asked her to blend the layers and she chopped huge chunks of hair from one side of my head. well, I don't have a boufant anymore but the sides are once again uneven and my hair was so thinned it has no volume. I went from a boufant on top with flipped up ends to flat and uneven. I've never written a negative review before and hope I don't hurt anyone feelings, but I gave her three chances. I'm not going to bother going back to have it fixed because I'm afraid I'll leave with a pixie cut. I'll just find someone else to cut my hair.
