Very friendly employees. The store is your run-of-the-mill Walgreens though, which isn't bad at all for that matter. I often go here for little things that I forgot at HEB and it's nice that they oftentimes have what I'm looking for, so it's just run in and run out quickly which is nice. I used to get my adderall script filled at Walmart pharmacy but recently Walmart stopped taking "GoodRX" but only for stimulants, and they tell you this with a very condescending tone! Like they don't want customers who take stimulants, regardless of the reason. Sounds a little judgmental to me. I switched my adderall script to Walgreens bc they still honor GoodRX for all scripts and the staff is super helpful and so friendly! Now that I use Walgreens, I only pay between $25.to $40. instead of Walmart's $125. to $140. read more

Well unless u know where every item is in this Walgreens go on down to HEB they actually will help u find something even if they don't know where it is! I ask 3 people the pharmacist, the lady at the front, who directed me to the photo shop guy to show me! When I ask hin to help me, his reply was No, sorry I can't help u I don't know where that is kept!!! No one at Walgreens in Burnet Tex on Friday at 800am could help me there were maybe a hand full of customers at that time!!! Good grief no customer care here!! I say thumbs down! read more

I was forced to get a prescription filled at the Walgreens in Burnet, Texas because it was Easter Sunday and no other place in our area was open. When they had it ready, they sent me a text showing that it was ready and would cost $1,955.00. I had a small breakdown and found a coupon through my doctor. I called and gave the pharmacy the coupon information and it reduced the price to $700.81. I was very disturbed about this and made my concerns very evident to the pharmacist. I may have even cried on the phone with her. But, it was all for nothing. She just said it was what it was and that was it. Well, I discovered this morning that there is indeed a Walgreens coupon through Single Care that would have reduced the price to $136.11. Even though I figured nothing could be done about it at this point, I called Walgreens to air my complaint. Wow! I have never been treated so badly. The pharmacy manager promptly told me they were under no obligation to share that information with their customers. She told me that was strictly my obligation, not theirs and if I was unaware of it, that was "on me". She told me they didn't have time to even mention this coupon information to me over the phone because they were simply too busy. I believe it would have taken approximately 15 seconds to share the information with me. She certainly had plenty of time on the phone today to do what she could to make me feel horrible.
