A month later and the staff is still the friendliest around. Today, 4 people!! including the pharmacy staff asked if I was finding everything OK and if I needed help. Maybe I just look like I'm lost, or maybe this staff really does like to help. The pharmacy staff member helped me find some allergy medicine that was similar to a kind that I really liked that had been discontinued. She hadn't even heard of it when I asked, but took the time to go back to the computer and look up the ingredients and find something over the counter that would work similarly. Being a pharmacy is their literal job and it is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. It's only gotten worse over the years. I gave them another try. I'm currently transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. Walgreens corporate does not care about their customers. read more

We switched pharmacies. This one always takes forever to fill any prescription we have. We called to see if we could get it faster because my daughter was vomiting all day and they said it would be an hour still. We said we might look to go elsewhere and the pharmacist was rude and put the order on hold and hung up. read more

Terrible pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready on time and always delayed. Phone system is the worst. Very long wait times and then it disconnects or drops the call. Always an issue read more

They gave me expired medication and made sure to put the sticker over the expiration date. Only noticed because each package of medication also has the expiration on it. read more

My insurance sent an override request for one of my prescriptions to this pharmacy that I had to have filled the same day. I never got a call that it was ready so I had my husband go pick it up at 8pm since they "close" at 9pm... nope, they never ran it and they changed their hours and didn't update it till today online or the phone. I am glad my prescriptions are going to be home delivered anyway. I don't have to deal with a disorganized and ill managed pharmacy. read more

if i could pick no stars i would. they canceled my medication refill with no notice or explanation to me as to why, several times over a 10 day period. i spent time online trying to get my meds, on the phone, being shoved off to person after person, and then in person in the store. no apologies or explanation on what went wrong. Then they tried to charge me double what my copay was. and definitely were not happy when i made them run it through again. next month they said they ran two other meds through insurance but they were refused. when i knew better. i insisted they run them again, they said they did but i dont believe them. they kept saying they were refused. i needed the meds at this point so i paid for them, contacted my insurance company, there was no record of any attempt to run them through, or they would have been paid 100%. i moved all my meds to another pharmacy. i dont know if they are lazy, untrained, or just dont care, but i am done with them read more

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Every single time I come here I ask myself why I don't just switch pharmacies. They're rude, disorganized, and do not care. Just recently I went to pick up three prescriptions and they LOST two, I watched them go through ever bin in the place. Terrible professionalism. read more

Walgreens continues to make going to dentist a more pleasant task. Unfortunately have to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. For 3rd consecutive month a prescription that was needed for health condition was delayed for refill. Was not notified or contacted. When picking up 48 hours after submitting you'd think they could let you know. Have no trouble sending countless Emails and texts from them about sales. After being told prescription was canceled by Doctor I contacted the Doctor, guess what? Their response was I have never done that without consulting with patients. It's unfortunate they continue to do this to customers, because most of the employees I've dealt with over past 20 years have been very helpful and understanding. Until today. I've been using this store for at least 5 years. They treat me well and some of them remember me. There have been times, however, when they were so mean. Once I threatened to switch to a different pharmacy and their answer was "Good! Have fun". But that problem went away with the old manager. Now things are good. I like being able to keep my credit card on file so I don't have to pull it out each time. And they text me when my scripts are ready. read more
