Horrible! The employees do not manage the self check outs which cause customers to cut each other in line. I have 1 item and I am waiting in line. A Big Back pulls up behind me with a cart that has groceries falling out. She decides that there are now two lines and that she does not have to wait. The worn out tired cashier does nothing. I still make it to the next available register before Big Back does. Big Back gets upset and presses a button to get the cashier over. The cashier decides to cancel my 1 item order for Big Back. Big Back proceeds to call me a Bitch. So I knocked Big Backs groceries over because the workers at this point decided that my 1 item wasnt worthy of Big Back waiting in line. read more

While the pharmacy staff themselves has been a great experience, their service SUCKS... from my perspective of a seasoned manager, their management team has set them up for FAILURE and does NOT care! Either they are not staffed to handle the volume of prescriptions OR their processes are poor and need improvement! It's so horrible, I'm afraid of the possibility of them incorrectly filling my prescription due to how overwhelmed they always appear. The 2nd drive through has been broken FOREVER. There's always at least a 6 car pick up outside and human traffic inside. I told my husband to start redirecting our scripts to Costco b/c I'm not sticking around for eventualities. read more

In line for an hour to get a something that should have taken 10 minutes to fill. It was antibodies that my doctor called in at 11am. Should be been ready by 12pm they delayed it until 2:54. Understandable with the meal break. Then never got an update. Called about 5pm and someone at a call center answered. Finally put me through to the lady and apologized and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Waiting in the drive through line for over an hour now. Came to print out pictures for my son's school project. Went to go on the kiosk with no help because no one asked if I needed help, the time the computer gave me was 9:51. I go in at that time and it's not ready. They tell me oh you have to wait to get a text message but they are sitting there not doing anything and not even trying to fulfill my picture order of only 5 pictures. I had time sensitive medicine to pick up. Go to drive thru of pharmacy and the closed sign is up, no biggie I must be the first customer and they are unaware that the sign is up. Then push call button and it just rings for. I then go inside to the pharmacy and it is closed. Pharmacy hours say from 9:00am - 9:00pm. Well I am here at 9:49am and the pharmacy is still closed. I immediately go to the cashier up front and ask her is the pharmacy opening today she tells me that a pharmacist is on the way. With no time frame. Am I missing something here. The pharmacy here is so slow, they have 4 people working, two lanes open and no one seems to care, no assistedthat you're waiting in line for 30mins. I stopped coming here about 6 months ago because they are rude and incompetent. Today I had to run in quickly to get dish soap. The kind that I wanted was on sale and there was none on the shelf. Two employees were at the register. I approached them and asked if they could check to see if they had any in the stock room. The female employee immediately walked off without saying anything and the remaining cashier said "Um, I guess she's going to check. I I just heard the stock room door open." She comes back 5 minutes and goes about doing something else. He said "did you find any?" And, I kid you not, she said "find what?...oh, I wasn't going back there to check for that." ALWAYS out of stock. ALWAYS clueless. Oh, and he wouldn't give a rain check because it was a sale item. WTF is the point of a rain check if not to get sale item price?!?!?! I scheduled an appointment to get tested for Covid/flu as I was possibly exposed at work. I scheduled the appointment thinking it was drive thru and it was not. I had no symptoms so I was unsure I was even contagious but the pharmacy staff was extremely careless and made me wait in the waiting area around several elderly people. I explained that I didn't mind waiting but not around others incase I had Covid. I've never seen such a lack of care in regards to a serious virus. I was told my results would be emailed to me in 2-3 hours and it's been over a day and I still have not received my results. I called to check the status of my results and the pharmacy staff was not helpful and basically just said we're busy and to wait. I need these negative results in order to go back to work. The CVS in cedar hill is much better, just go there. read more

This pharmacy is slow and they get your prescription wrong which causes you to lose your prescriptions completely. The first of the month I was approved for my Ozempic after they didn't get it in on the old year which they had two weeks I lost my medication. I set on the phone for hours trying to fill my meds to be told to come back tomorrow bin person they will have it ready but as I know and have been through the ringer with these people. I hadbto come up here four times in person just to get a transfer. Their filling system is mess up I sit here and watch them searching around for meds that they have miss filed it is totally ridiculous. Most customers that came walk away dissatisfied. Some just took their prescription and left and some had been waiting for four hours per the Mexican lady next to me. She has been trying to get her meds since twelve o'clock and Caucasian woman. I used this location for many years. All went well for a long period. Then they began shorting my pills. I made a complaint. After that, the one Pharmacist seemed to have it in for me. I arrived at the drive-through one morning, 10 minutes before the pharmacy opened. Same pharmacist told me: "I need you to pull around to the other side of the store. The last thing I need, is having a string of cars behind you, thinking we are open." I am a 76 year old female. I was hoping to save a few minutes, by being the first customer in line. My husband had a dr. appt. in Dallas, that morning. I had done this before, and other Pharmacist never complained. It is common at this location, for customers to do their shopping at the drive-through window. Hanging out their car window, and having pharmacy employees fetch household, etc. items, with them changing their minds multiple times. One could easily spend 30 minutes there, or more.
