If I could give it 0 stars I would. After waiting 20 minutes in front of the photo kiosk I went to the cashier and asked about my photos. "Hello, do I get my photos here or continue to wait in front of the kiosk?" Cashier: did not even acknowledge me, "keep waiting where you were" Waited 15 more minutes. After 35 minutes I got my three pictures. Cashier seemed very polite, attentive and talkative with other customers but he was definitely not with me. Rude and unprofessional. read more

While the employees here are nice I suspect there aren't enough of them or perhaps they are not given adequate resources to do their jobs efficiently. Lines are usually ridiculously long both inside and at the drive up. Also, the waiting area inside by the pharmacy is kind of messy and gross. read more

Incompetent unprofessional pharmacist. None of them are trained. They don't know pharmaceutical names of medications and they steal controlled substances. Had to file a formal complaint and reported them. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! This is the WORST pharmacy! I literally spent 45 minutes to an hour in line. They are the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to! Every car took 15 minutes to complete their transaction. This happens EVERY TIME!! The manager needs to be fired and new employees need to replace the slower working ones! This is horrible service!! I went to drop off my 43 pound package and was informed by two people that they couldn't accept it if it exceeded 10 pounds. They claimed that it would be returned to me because the FedEx driver is lazy. The store manager confirmed the same thing, stating that she got the information online with an attitude. However, when I asked her to show me, it turned out that the maximum weight allowed was actually 55 pounds. This whole ordeal made me realize that both the store and FedEx are unreliable. I gave some advice to the team on shift, telling them to get better at their job. They were just standing around talking, so they had more than enough time to learn the system. I could have easily managed that store on my own or with minimal staff. It's not that difficult! The answers are right in the palm of your hand! read more

Pharmacy 45 min wait and I even came early cause I know lines can be long. I had to wait in line for people picking prescriptions. Appointment was at 4:30 I got in line at 3:50. I ended up leaving. After 15 mins from my appointment and there was no in line at that point. Staff is " nice " but I don't know who's managing it but maybe need a new system in place. So in total I've wait an hour or so for a flu shot I didn't get because I couldn't wait any longer because other things I have to do. read more

This is by far the worst Walgreens, let alone worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. They always have super long lines and they never have the medicine ready when they say they will. Extremely frustrating. i'm transferring all my prescriptions out of here. read more

This was a visit to the Photo Center. I had ordered my Christmas cards online (using an 60% off coupon code) and went to pick up my order after the estimated time it would be ready. And, they were great! I love that it can be done on the same day. So, for those late holiday card mailers out there, go to Walgreens. Usually, I order online and get them shipped to my home. We took our photos later this year. So, after receiving a card from a friend and seeing she had them made here, I ordered mine right away! Although the images were not as crisp and clear as I had hoped, it could have been the image size I uploaded or maybe just the quality of the design I chose. It was good enough and not so expensive. I gave five stars because of the customer service from Alex in the photo section. She was prompt, friendly, and explained everything well. That is, giving me my options since I was not 110% happy with the cards. She was great. And, on my return visit (after ordering more), the cashier and manager were just as awesome. Thank you, Walgreens! I will be back again sooner than next holiday season! I noticed some of the great sales and deals on candy and food! ;-) read more

I bought medicine with my card. Didn't need it anymore. So I ho back to return it and the cashier refunded me back with cash even though I bought it with my card. I wanted that money to go back in my card. Even though on the receipt it says I bought it with cash. The while experience was a disaster. This place was slow before 2 million people moved into this area. Now a 2 hour wait for meds that was called in an hour ago is ridiculous. You got to figure something out fast. I would rather drive across town for better service. Every time I come it's a line inside and out that is like twenty people long. might as well give it up and let a more organized pharmacy move in that has an idea of how to run company. read more

I have always like their pharmacy. Good people easy to get alone with. No problems there. The store has many of the basics, and they have good end of season deals. Otherwise, it's clean and has the more common items you may need in a pinch. read more

It's taken me 5 days to get a prescription filled. No insurance issues, but they keep putting it on hold because they can't fill it. I've driven to the location 3 times and they've said it'll be 2 hours before it's filled each time, even 2 hours after they say it. I've now gone 3 days without my medication, so I'm going to have to change pharmacies for good. read more
