I suffer from peroneal tendinitis. My cardiologist wanted me to have labs drawn and I chose this walgreens clinic. The only thing I don't like is the clinic is at the back of the store in the corner, which with having walking issues is a major undertaking. I called the store and asked if they had a wheel chair for customer use. They did. Not only did this sweet angel, Dakota, bring the chair to my car. she pushed me to the clinic and then after labs, she wheeled me back to my car. But only after I made a quick purchase. This sweet angel is the epitome of customer service. ​She told me that she wants to work in the pharmacy, so, WAGS POWERS give that girl a job in the pharmacy, you don't know how great a resource she is. read more

The lady at the Consultation DESK SO RUDE! Her tone to to the customer w/o an appointment was the same with me with an appointment. I have come here before and wife got her flu shot test and it went well. So together on two days a three star but if me alone I would have given them 1 star for pharmacy. Perhaps remaining once called will go better. So a couple of things. You are supposed to get an email to confirm your appointment or if someone did the appointment they get an email and you have to generate the email. A little confusing but I was expecting an email so while waiting I sort of figured it out. Once generated I got the questions needed. Unfortunately the system was not updated so I was going to have to do questions again. I think it was updating and told to sit back down. Right now appointment was for 10:10am and 10:26am now. Some of this if not all is on poor communication so I will admit my part of it. After the first encounter the lady was much nicer so I should note that as well. read more

Unbelievable! I was in the pharmacy drive through waiting & waiting one more time. This time they gave me someone else's prescription which I opened ;preparing to take the pill when I noticed the prescription had someone else's name and not my prescription at all. I could only imagine someone taking & trusting it was correct and how they may have reacted to if. I took it back to the window - no acknowledgment - no apology - no concern. They fixed it and stuffed it back out the window - still no apology. I called inside the store to speak to the manager. Frankie answered the call & she said she knew nothing about the pharmacy. It was her 1st time as. Acting manager. Poor girl. I asked for the districts and store managers number. I called Rick but left a message. I called the manager & she informed me this was her personal phone and inappropriate to call her. It was inappropriate for her to be the mgr and leaving this girl in charge. She was supposed to be working with someone else but they had a family trip. Sarah, the manager freaked out and started screaming then hung up. All this and still no concern about the incorrect prescription and what might have happened. UNBELIEVABLE! read more

As a regular customer I have to say that approx 90% of the time there is some type of issue that keeps the transaction from going smoothly ! Often takes multiple tries/trips for the most simple transaction. Staff member Victoria was especially unconcerned and our Friday items have still not been received as prescribe. I would highly recommend a local pharmacy that act seems to care if the patient receives the correct medication in a reasonable amount of time !! read more

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would. Worse ever. I've been a long time customer here for years until recently, I had enough. I changed pharmacies and promise you I will never step foot inside this store ever again. Pharmacy techs are so rude, no sense of urgency whatsoever. I call in my prescription, the next day go to pick it up and they act like they don't know where it is, maybe still on the truck they say? Like what? I got a message saying it was ready?? And that's after standing in line for over 30 mins, and you want me to come back? No! Then I got a prescription for 90 days but they tell me will only fill it for 30? Blaming it on the doctor? Um no.. my NEW pharmacy does fill it for 90 days, and guess what my NEW pharmacy the techs aren't rude, and do have a sense of urgency! I was a new customer and came through the drive thru. I patiently waited as the lane next to us continued to be assisted. I hit the call button to get assistant as I was sitting there with no one helping. The tech at the window literally yelled "WE'RE VERIFYING IT WAIT" and she never even asked what I was there for or who or anything. Wow. What a business read more

The pharmacy is awful. I've tried for the last time. My dr put in Rx order the morning before I tried to pick up. I get to the window and they tell me it's fine to get my Rx today but will take 15-20 minutes. I come back 30 minutes later and wait in driveup. I get to the window after 10 minutes and I'm then told they can't fill it until tomorrow. They were just too lazy to fill the one Rx that was sent in the morning before I attempted pickup. Never again. Done. I'll stick with my smaller mom and pop shop. I only went here again because my dr's ofc accidentally sent to Walgreens. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to use. The drive- thru is a 30 min wait no matter what time it is. The inside is no better. They cannot seem to get all prescriptions filled at the same time , even after calling and asking inside. The lost my prescription once and I had to come back the next day. There isn't anything to distinguish this Walgreens from any other, except for the fact that they run the slowest pharmacy in the known world. They don't seem to care that the drive-through lanes are backed up to the street. They'll still just have the planet's slowest cashier serving both lanes. Tip: If you have to pick up a prescription from this Walgreens, bring something to do while you're waiting. The Sunday New York Times crossword puzzle or possibly re-reading "War and Peace" could help you pass the time productively. read more

All I'm saying is give them 2 hours or more to get ur meds ready if it's called in. Great drugstore! Nice pharmacists, and staff. Their store is always clean, and we get in and out quickly.

I have been a customer at this store since it opened and the service at the pharmacy has gone down hill fast. Twice in the past two visits prescriptions weren't filled even though they were sent in the afternoon/evening before! Out of stock of some meds as well. No real explanation except we have been busy.....oh, and that's another thing, don't go over in the afternoon or early evening to pick up a script unless you don't mind standing in line for up to 20 mins. I am starting to look for alternate places for my business. read more
