I was in drive-thru with 2 cars ahead. Just as I was going to the window, the sign was put up that they were on lunchbreak. Not cool!

We were told by the pharmacy they could get a ketone meter. CHOA called in the prescription multiple times because they kept saying they didn't get the prescription. Now they are saying that such a thing doesn't exist. A simple search shows hundreds. read more

the years and I must say the Walgreens in Cleveland GA is the slowest, unsociable pathetic excuse for a pharmacy 10 cars lined up in the drive thru I park and go inside and 2 employees on theirs phones and 8 people lined up at the register I had a prescription called in at noon Showed up at 430 and told me I have to wait another 15 min Pathetic! read more

i opened a case with walgreens corporate in October, 2021 and was promised a reply within days... follow up calls and emails on the case with a promised resolution still outstanding. unfortunately, the location in question doesn't have a claimed yelp page. so will continue to leave reviews for all Walgreens until resolved. the claim file against: Walgreens Address: 3925 Peachtree Rd NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319, United States until walgreens gets back to me with evidence otherwise, the location listed above engages in prescription mismanagement and improper record keeping. i've provide photos and documentation to the corporate claims department.... crickets! read more
