DETAILS I see old reviews here. Unfortunately, all too often people only submit reviews when they have something to complain about. Not me. As someone who travels frequently I have interacted with at least a dozen different CVS pharmacies over the last five years in different cities and states. I've had consistently good service at all of them. As for the specific location in Cocoa, I've been going here since May, 2021 and have received excellent service over the phone, in the drive-through lane, and inside at the pharmacy itself. Oh, and I received my COVID booster from here as well just last week. I have never had a problem with this location despite their having to also deal with my consolidating Rx orders from other CVS locations where I'd previously had my meds filled in other cities. They are aces!

The store was clean and well organized, and the Christmas gift section was in between the front door and the drink section, so I did end up perusing this area briefly. Some cute stuff - I didn't know CVS has a relationship with Claire's, and I was surprised at the reasonable prices for the toys. Thank you to the kind employee for checking me out quickly and with ease. There was plenty of space to park in the ample parking lot.

Of course, this is a pharmacy so you can pick up your prescription here. They of course have all the usual things one may find at a Walgreens, such as shampoo, cosmetics, and over the counter medicine. I've noticed the prices are a bit higher than at my local Walgreens. One interesting thing they sell here, that I've never seen at a pharmacy is beer. They sell 24 packs of beer, why make multiple stops, when you can only make one? Given that back to school season is quickly approaching, you can also find all sorts of back to school essentials at this Walgreens. Conveniently, they also have restrooms for customers.

One time I was actually waiting in the car for my family to return from shopping in Walmart. I had to use the restroom and I ran into Walmart to use the restroom. I came running inside the store and I saw an associate and said that I had to use the restroom and all that he said was that they were over to the left. These medications were recommended by Mr. Miller, and he also wrote down the names of the medications for me. At the CVS store, I encountered a very young and enthusiastic male employee. He not only helped me find the over-the-counter medications I needed but also provided detailed information about which flavors were better and how to use them. Due to my urgency to get home and relieve my daughter's symptoms, I didn't ask for the young gentleman's name at that moment. However, I am very grateful for his friendly and attentive service. I hope that CVS continues to have more employees like him, as not every CVS employee is as outstanding.

I started using this CVS because of the drive up windows (sometimes I just dont have the energy to…read moreget out of my car go through the store and then wait for 15+ minutes) but the last 4 times I've gone there the convenient drive up window is closed no reason given just closed. Then when it is open they dont have my prescriptions ready. So CVS is no longer convenient for me to go to. I dont understand why they even have the drive window when they keep it closed and why does it take several days for them to fill a prescription? So I guess I'll take my business to Walgreens!
