I'll save you the time: this location has been great. I've never had a problem with anyone here and I've been served by many different folks since moving into the area six months ago. DETAILS I see old reviews here. Unfortunately, all too often people only submit reviews when they have something to complain about. Not me. As someone who travels frequently I have interacted with at least a dozen different CVS pharmacies over the last five years in different cities and states. I've had consistently good service at all of them. As for the specific location in Cocoa, I've been going here since May, 2021 and have received excellent service over the phone, in the drive-through lane, and inside at the pharmacy itself. Oh, and I received my COVID booster from here as well just last week. I have never had a problem with this location despite their having to also deal with my consolidating Rx orders from other CVS locations where I'd previously had my meds filled in other cities. Very rude, was in need of a script filled before lunch to catch a cruise and as we stood there they closed the gates and went on lunch knowing we needed help. I'm just glad I had to leave because the fat guy with the scruffy beard would have been in trouble had I not. read more

CVS is the absolute worst place to get your prescriptions filled! You can never get anyone on the phone. Then of all things I get an injection prescription for cholesterol. I was given an inject at the Doctors office and he gave me two more injections to take home because it is a very expensive drug and usually takes a little time to get approved. Each injection is for two weeks! I noticed my blood pressure going up but didn't think anything of it. The prescription was approved but my cost was over $1000.00, I picked up the prescription but completed taking the doctors supplied first. Come to find out the prescription is what was increasing my blood pressure. So I brought the medication back unopened, sealed in the box, in an injection that is only 1 use. CVS told me they won't accept the return and will not refund my $1000.00+ dollars ! How outrages is that a multi billion dollar company is going to stick it to the little people, looser company and none of my family will ever use that company again! read more

Every single time i stand in front of the registers to be checked out they never come, there is always someone standing off to the side and ignoring me or don't even notice me but i usually end up waiting 5 or more minutes for them to come help me check out, very bad customer service read more

Long story short. This place is horrible. The ENTIRE pharmacy staff is RUDE, no customer service skills, especially the female pharmacists. Not only is she rude to customers, she is condescending to staff. Staff make no effort to "greet" customers while they are standing there waiting at the counter wondering if they have been notices. The whole staff has the "I am right, you are wrong because you are stupid" attitude. I changing pharmacies. I gave it a year for them to improve, but looks as if they have no plans to better themselves. read more

I was so grateful for the help I got at the 524 CVS. I Usually go to the Publix on 524 but their incompetence is unbelievable. I won't bore you with details. I called CVS to transfer my prescription from Publix they said it would be about an hour they texted me when it was ready. After having gone to Publix for too many years I was elated. Later that same night I ran in at closing time ( I know horrible right?) but my 5 year old grandson had 103 temp and could not hold anything down. The pharmacist actually helped me find something and gave me advice. I love this pharmacy!!! read more

The managing pharmacist, Terry, is extremely rude and short-tempered - zero customer service skills. I contacted them on Sunday morning because we found out late on Saturday that they were out of my young daughter's prescription refill for her bi-polar disorder. She can NOT miss dosages of this medicine. I had to specifically ask for the refill to be sent to another location (no suggestion on their part) and was promised that the approval form from the doctor would be transferred also. This didn't happen, and Titusville contacted me stating that Cocoa had lost the approval form and was not cooperating. I called Cocoa again to inquire what the problem was and the pharmacist abruptly got on the phone. Her exact words - "I can do NOTHING else for you and do not call my store again". I needed to contact the PSJ location where we normally get our scripts to see if they have the original approval form or contact the doctor for a new approval form. Why am I doing all this legwork and how dare you speak to me like that when I'm only trying to get a script refilled for my sick little girl. I am reporting this incident and the pharmacist to Corporate. Atrocious and inexcusable behavior for a pharmacist. read more

Please note this review is for their CVS photo center only, I've never had an issue with their pharmacy or store. Anyway, I went to print pictures on their stand alone kiosk and was almost done when my order when this other customer walked up on the one next to me. The employee came and asked if we needed anything, I said no thank you and the other customer stated she was just waiting for my machine since it had the scanner attached. The employee then came up to my machine and hit cancel!!!! I was dumbfounded. I was almost done after uploading, sizing and editing and now had to start all over again. He did this and told me to move so the other customer could use the scanner, I did and once I was on the other machine I realized they didn't have the same size options, I asked the employee about this and he said "you'll just have to wait" (why do I have to wait when the other lady didn't and especially after you kicked me off my machine?) anyway I just picked another size to hurry and get out of there. When my pictures printed, the employee grabbed them and LOOKED THROUGH THEM! There was a picture of my boyfriend and I, he was kissing my check, and the employee asked if it was my dad! I was so insulted and angry, speechless. At the register the same employee rang me up for pictures that's weren't mine and that took a while to fix too. I will never use their photo center again. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life!! read more
