It was a workers comp injury, so the insurance company conferenced Larco to take care of this issue. The person from Larco took the billing information and said no problem come on get them. As I was on my way to pick up the crutches, I called. At this time they said they said they would not bill workers comp because it was too much trouble for them. I asked if they would not honor their word they had just given me and the insurance company and I was told NO THEY WOULD NOT. He also said he will take care of the person who said they would bill the insurance company. THERE WAS NO LOVE, NO RESPECT, NO CARING INVOLVED. AN ITEM THAT THEY TRIPLE THEIR MONEY ON AND IT'S TOO MUCH TROUBLE. I went to Cumberland Medical and got them and the price was HALF THE COST of Larco.

My doctor then had to rush to get it called in to another pharmacy, but I had to pay for it because Walgreens charged my insurance already. They are good at charging you for prescriptions, just not letting you have them. You could buy all the Pepsi, greeting cards, and candy you want, just not medicine. Horrible place for sick people to get the medicine they need.
