Called the store before we left our house. They told us they had the medication in stock and to give them a hour. It was a 1.5 hour drive for us to get here. It was medication for my daughter. When we got there they told us the medication was out of stock. My husband told the lady we called before we drove here and spoke to someone. She said no you didn't talk to anyone here. She was very rude and hateful. She had Short blonde hair. My husband called before we made the drive. We wasted 3 hours driving here on Christmas Eve. DO NOT come to this location. read more

TERRIBLE Customer service in the pharmacy at this particular Walgreens has really gone down hill. The pharmacy technician was less than helpful and made it obvious that she was not in the mood to help customers or focus on them when serving them. While they dress up in scrubs they are not licensed or trained pharmacists, nor entitled to behave as if they are better than the people on the customer side of the counter. While this particular visit was marked only by poor service and a terrible attitude, my last visit included a medication compatibility question left unanswered as the technician (Again NOT a pharmacist or MD, just playing dress up in scrubs) couldn't be bothered to get or ask the pharmacist and just shrugged her shoulders. That from one wearing "Trainer" not trainee - on her name badge. Continuation from my earlier visit today left on the previous survey... Went back in to get my 5 new to me prescriptions. Pharmacy technician was more helpful vs the terrrrrible experience earlier today. So I was handed 5 new to me medications - meaning I have never taken these before - without even an offer or suggestion for a consult with the pharmacist (The real person with a license and not a tech dressed in scrubs). I asked for one anyway and even the pharmacist acted annoyed to have to come speak to me. Now... Last time I checked we have 5 rights in medication - Right patient, right medication, right dose, right route, right time... Part of this is to protect the patient from possible medication reactions and interaction between medications.... So when did protecting the safety of patients become a secondary concern for Walgreens? In this case assuming the average patient will be able to read and fully understand the medication pamphlet and assess that to any other OTC medications or scripted meds they might be taking seems to be asking a lot. read more

Awful. My eye is in pain. I've been prescribed a small tube. No other customers are present. All they have to do is grab it off the shelf. Nope. Gotta wait an hour as "they're still working on it". Working on what??? Pulling a stupid tube off a stupid shelf? Hate. read more

I have 3 forms of health insurance that covers prescriptions unfortunately their computer will only bill 2 insurances. The clerk rudely told me that i could fill for the third insurance...no respect for veterans who earned tricare for life. Will be looking for another pharmacy. Also, need to allow three days for refills so it can come from a central warehouse. Was told had to wait on meds after being released from hospital. read more

Awful!! Holding meds again and lying about it! This is crazy! It's 2 pharmacists and they can't get on the same page!

Worst customer service in a pharmacy ever. Their staff needs an education on how to treat people. When you have privy to people's medical information, you should not be allowed to judge. My doctor is there to look out for what I need medically. Amanda on Mill Road in Spanish Fort Alabama should not have information about my medical history. This is not my first bad experience with her. Thanks Walgreens for hiring without regard to a persons constitution. read more

The store was fairly clean and well stocked. The employees however are never at the register to check you out, so you have to look for someone and then tell them you need to check out. The biggest problem is Walgreen's prices are ridiculously high! Just can't pay what they want. read more

Folks, their pharmacist is a literal jerk. He cusses and fusses and is derogatory. Moving to another entire business for all my prescription needs from now on. They canceled an appointment and then acted like I had never been a client. Until today, I did all my vaccines, prescriptions and everything here. Never again! Do better, Walgreens! They are always stocked and have all the products that discounts on the flyer. PLUS their employees are nice and helpful. They not just point me to the products I wanted. They walk me their and tell me which one have BETTER for my pocket. Thanks John for helping. Highly recommend read more

Very friendly staff and cashiers and had a clean shoppable store. The only thing I would say is that many items that were on sale did not have prices at all. Other than that it was a pleasant experience. read more
