I have come here for several years to get cpap sullies plus they issued me my cpap. One of their staff educated me on how to use it. I come every three months for supplies, cheaper there then on Amazon. I know they issue other prescribed medical devices like shoes and orthotics as well. read more

Baker Medical is so lovely! Pros: Baker Medical has a very friendly staff. I injured my ankle and had to get a boot. They were there and ready to assist me at 8:00 when they opened. They got my insurance information and immediately got me to the back to be fitted for my boot. They gentleman that fitted me was very patient and knowledgeable. Lastly, they were quick and efficient. Con: NONE!!! They are awesome. I hope I never have to go back but if I know done who has to get a Medical device I will recommend Baker Medical. read more

On 8/17/22 I picked up my diabetic shoes order by my doctor who said that they were free. They charged me $69.00. Today I called my Medicare and Blue Advance and was told these shoes are suppose to be free. I called my doctor to let him know about this company. I could have bought better shoes (size 8w) from a retail store. read more

I've been to this facility twice to purchase medical supplies for my 77 year old mom. The staff is so so sweet and kind and patient. They even come out to explain why you may be waiting a bit. This place is customer service at its finest. You truly do not find people in the medical profession like this anymore. If you need medical supplies for any reason (i.e. CPAP machine, foot-boot, arm sling, walker, etc) come here! read more

This location and it's employees seem to be very rude (other than Mr. Baker). I have had two very unprofessional, unpleasant experiences over the course of two years. The first experience was me in the open waiting area for about 15 with 3 employees in one office telling jokes (where I could hear). Finally one came out to get me for a fitting. I called back and left a message for Mr. Baker who called and apologized. After that I had one positive experience with them. Today I called back after a year and got no call back. When I called to make certain that I would be getting a call back. I let them know I had not yet received a call. The receptionist, Julie, said "Let me see if they have tried to call you back." The number was my cell, so a missed call would have shown. I then explained that if I was short with her it was because I had already had a bad experience. She was rude and sarcastic and said "I'm sorry you had a bad experience a year ago..." I called my Dr. office and have changed my provider to CPAP solutions. Hopefully will be a better experience. read more
