We moved back to our Decatur hometown area a few years ago and quickly learned the local home and farm maintenance/supply stores were (in alphabetical order) Blain's Farm & Fleet, Lowes, Menards and Rural King. While each stocks a slightly different variety of items and brands, we prefer the smiling, friendly customer service we find each time at Rural King. The fresh, free popcorn and coffee is also a nice perk.

So I go to login to online banking nothing was showing. I go back into the store and informed her that my funds did not credit back to my account. She stated that there was nothing she could do I would have to come back tomorrow. I told her that I was currently on the clock and had my client with me and I need my gas today and asked to speak to her manager she ignored me in a store full of customers, so then I asked her for the corporate number and she would not give it to me. I then went outside looking on the doors and windows in hopes of finding a number as she would not provide me with one. I admit I did get annoyed and said that this is f?*$ng ridiculous

He was very rude and wouldn't let us throw our trash away in his outside trash can. We only had an empty soda bottle, but he said trash cans are only for paying customers too We were just passing through but if we lived near there we would not patronize that station. Never in my life have I had to deal with a pharmacy this bad!! This is 3 x a month I have to call,…read morewait for my seizure medication to the point I have to ask for emergency medication because they never fill it. Half the time I have to call my doctor and they let me know that never get a order from Walgreens. Just today I had to remind them for the 3rd time about my meds that I ran out of for my seizures and they swear they will have them ready in 90min. They said 3 days ago they'd be ready, then 2 days ago not rdy again. I'm completely out again this is not the first time. I've never had this issue any other location. Time to change pharmacy. ​
