When I reviewed this store four years ago, it was a solid four star review. After my experience this morning, I am awarding the fifth star. Why? The staff is incredible especially the manager, Chris. I'm here all the time before work. Usually its around 6ish which is early, but I have to be at work early & this is the only location near my office that is open this early. I showed up at my normal time this morning. Today is our Secret Santa in my office. I have a gift in my car but I was in desperate need of tissue paper and a Christmas bag. I didn't pick this up over the weekend because I knew this was one errand that can wait until Monday morning. This morning they weren't allowing customers in because their cash registers were down. I understand but I couldn't go to work without a Christmas bag. I asked for the manager, only because I know he knows who I am since I am there several times a week. Chris graciously allowed me to come inside and pick a bag and tissue paper. I offered to leave my credit card and I also offered to leave cash. I wasn't looking for anything for free. Chris insisted not to worry and he had it covered! I couldn't believe how much he helped me this morning. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and I greatly appreciated his help. I called him once I arrived at work~just to let him know how much he helped me and how much I appreciated his help. In today's world, it is a breath of fresh air when someone goes above and beyond to make a customer happy. I will stop in tomorrow morning and settle up with him. This store has a great team and it's all due to the management. Honestly, Chris didn't have to do what he did, but because he went above and beyond, I will never forget how kind he was to me. He was my own personal Santa Claus!!! Now I can bag up my gift for my colleague and not be embarrassed because I didn't have a cheerful holiday bag. Believe the other reviewers when they say the level of incompetence here is BEYOND insane. The male pharmacist is literally mentally deficient (I am not being uncharitable or unkind here, this is factually true). The woman working the counter with the accent appears to speak fluent English, but then doesn't understand anything you say and continues to do each and every thing incorrectly. I found myself literally looking around the store in disbelief as if I was on a hidden camera show. Truly astounding, avoid at all costs. read more

This location is within walking distance and with the current situation being very stressful the service at this Walgreens is 5 star. The staff is excellent. Prescriptions are accurately filled. The pharmacy is convenient to Delray and Boca Raton on Federal.

Nice, bright Walgreens location with fully stocked shelves of most of the things you would need. There are a bunch of additionally reduced items as well. Definitely use the app prior to coming to shop as there are many money saving coupons you can use for your purchase. read more

This is close to my house so that's probably the only reason I go there. They are abiding by the Covid 19 rules but I never feel line there is a good selection of items here. The rewards program doesn't hold a candle to CVS. I feel that they should have more of a selection and improve their signage as well. Things are not easy to find here. Also the people that work here never seem to thrilled to be working here either. A smile goes a long way. I must remind them of that. A happy person helps! read more

What an awful place. The people that work here should only be fired, they shouldn't be allowed to work anywhere near peoples' medications. The level of incompetence here is nothing short of legendary. I spend more time dealing with Walgreens corporate than this crap hole. Not only haven't they filled my medication in over a week. They keep telling me they don't take my insurance, when they do. The pharmacist said she told me that is the case, she never told me. And even if she did (which she didn't), she was wrong. The worst customer service! The pharmacy is a nightmare to deal with! People at Walgreens are rude and lack any sort of professionalism.

If I could leave -5 stars I would! I went to the pharmacy to Pick up my prescription that I have had filled here several times in the past. I picked up my prescription and went back to my office without checking the bag. I got home and opened up the bag and when I open the bottle I realized I had been shorted. Upon my count, I found that the shortage was 20 pills missing out of 30. I called the store, someone picked up the phone but put it on the counter because I could hear them talking and commenting that it's almost 9. Then a hangup! I called back and when they picked up the phone again without any greeting, I said right away that I'm recording the call that's when the woman, whose name is Cassandra, apologized. I told her what happened, she then got very defensive with me and told me that a count of inventory needs to be done. She was rather rude about it. She told me that someone would call me the next morning, which they never did. This morning, I called them and waited on the phone until I got someone named Tran, she had a very thick accent and said she was the pharmacist today. She then told me that they did a count and they did not have an overage. I don't know how 20 Xanax can go missing and your count is fine! Besides me being out of 20 which is not a big deal, it should be looked at whatever is going on in that pharmacy that 20 Xanax can mysteriously disappear!! Anyway Tran told me that I must have "lost" the missing pills which was very classy and professional of her. She was awful! When I told her my theory, she as well as Cassandra had the previous night had an awful, defensive and disgusting attitude. Walgreens has lost my trust and business 100% after this. And for them to think they can treat customers like garbage blows my mind. read more

Open 24 hrs, has lots of items, and whatever you might need before a trip to the beach. This store has cheap cigarettes and usually a long line for check out. Bottom line: they have ice ice cold Red Bull's here, except to only have one cashier on and/or register open... so don't be in a rush. read more

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Will consistently tell you they are processing your prescription for days at a time. Something that should take 5 minutes takes 40 here. Time does not exist here. One of the worst experiences of my life. I went home crying! PS. Not from SanFran I went to pick up two posters that said it would be ready - ordered online at 3:00p.m. - at 5:45p.m. when I got there, the manager (I guess only managers can work the photo center?) said "f*ck, I haven't started yet" and while I waited for him to start my project, a drunk man came in running around yelling at the employees. So I left, and said I would just come back later. This was at 6:00p.m. I go back at 8:00p.m. and the same manager goes "f*ck I forgot to start it" and I told him I would wait if he told me how long it would take. Told me "5 seconds" with TONS of attitude. So, I waited. Then at 8:25p.m. my poster wasn't even half done, I asked for another time check. He half heartily looked up from his phone and rolled his eyes and said "like 2 minutes". I said I would be back. So I left, and came back around 8:30p.m./8:40p.m. (I lived in walking distance so I walked home, dropped off my dog and bf, who were waiting in the parking lot, and grabbed my car). I go back and I still see my poster being printed. He yells at me from the register and says "I already wrapped it" and proceeded to toss it at the cashier and said "check her out" - I had paid online. I go to look at it, and there was only one, I had ordered two. Thank goodness I checked. Finally, after all the attitude, I complained. He said "you're not helping the night what do you want, it for free?" and I said "No, I already paid for it, I need my second one". And had one of the other employees finish my poster. Which is weird because only managers could work it? Then the other employee gives me attitude, obviously siding with her co-worker. Doesn't roll up my poster in a bag, and hands it to me unwrapped in a huge back letting me roll it up myself. Now if these were just pictures of my dog, I would've left them. However, they were important items for my job, so I couldn't just leave it behind. I've worked in Customer Service, I get having a bad night. But their attitude and lack of respect made me go home crying, thinking I was the horrible customer. I will NEVER go back to that Walgreens. And my suggestion for them - not that they'll even care about this review - is stop having children run their store. Dooo not use this pharmacy ! I had a prescription called into this pharmacy , went into pick it up . They said it was NOT covered on my insurance so I tried to use good rx and they said it was to late so I paid 130$ for a partial . If I could give 0 stars to this location I would. I am not a helper. I don't have time nor do I care. This pharmacy has some of the RUDEST staff. They hang up on me constantly, I need to have 20 minutes of extra time every single time I call them. They are rude, unresponsive and just put the call on hold. I had to force myself to give this store one star. It is the worse managed pharmacy of any Walgreens I have been to. I will NEVER fill a prescription here again. I went thru the drive thru. They have one person doing the drive thru and the counter inside. The cashier came to the window and said I have to wait on 2, maybe 3 customers before you. There were only 2 customers on line. She took her good old time waiting on the 2 customers. Then waited for someone else to come up to the counter and waited on them. I shop here very often (daily). Spent my usual 50 + dollars today. Had $5 in walgreens money on my account since I spent over $20. I had to go back and return 1 item $14. Still spent $38 (which is far over the required $20) the girl wouldn't give me my full $14 back. She shorted me $5 and gave it to me in store credit. I have been going to this pharmacy for way too long. Its the one that has my info and insurance so i always end up having to get my prescriptions sent there. The fastest ive ever gotten it filled is 2 hours. I am currently waiting on an inhaler! So i can breathe! Its been 4 and a half hours! Everyone else can do this in 30 min apparently. I like this Walgreen because they're open 24 hours. I have made many trips to this store late at night looking for random things. I also have the Walgreens app on my phone so I can select and upload the pictures I want to print and pick it up at the store in a few hours. This pharmacy is located. 3 miles from the house I have just moved from California and I have been trying to change my network of doctors are you taking me eight months to be able to get my prescription transferred to the Walgreens in Florida from California and change doctors but regarding this Walgreens I have been dealing by series of completely half-asleep incompetent staff that has sent me home five times in a row telling me they did not receive the authorization From my doctor and it was not true my doctor had said three authorize Asian on December 3 and then again the day later or twice the same day and then again today which is December 6 and right now I'm sitting in my car for 20 minutes and they'll still telling me that they do not have an authorization I'm here to tell you that the manager is telling me that she's been here since 745 and that she has not spoken with anyone read more

Do not call your prescriptions in here they told me a 15 minuet wait and I said and waited for 50 minuets they have one person working the pharmacy that is super slow pretty sure they just forgot about me sitting there. Never calling in a prescription here again. Maybe hire more workers. read more
