The QD chose not to prosecute him, probably due to liability for having sold to him the first two times. Further, I would like to add that in the 3 years I have shopped here, my experiences have been pleasant and the store employees very helpful and courteous. The problems I endured from them selling intoxicating beverages to this intoxicated individual, Christopher A. L., will not affect my future shopping there.
