Clown show went in to get a few things because I didn't want to drive to Walmart huge mistake prices are high I was looking for hand sanitizer up and down the aisles I finally asked someone at the pharmacy counter who said "on one of those aisles" Wow Went to the cashier at the front because she actually sounded like she knew what she was talking about Sent me to the make up aisle towards the back Nope no hand sanitizer Should have known better first thing you notice when entering the store is the over flowing trash cans Went across the street to CVS and they actually had a selection and was clearly marked Judging by the empty spaces on the shelves looks like Walgreens is ready to close this location read more

Well in Duluth for our 16-year wedding anniversary my wife needed to get a prescription filled that I already been filled at our main pharmacist down in twin cities. The pharmacist at this location was super helpful in getting the prescription transferred it was an hour had it filled for us The staff was all super friendly and made it a nice experience and trying to get the prescription filled. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I know how important it is to establish a good relationship with the establishment so you get the medication that determines the quality of life. This staff appears not to adhere to that concept. This pharmacy just does not do a good job with customer care. I understand they may be short-staffed, but as a critical care nurse, your team needs to learn how to deal with it instead of being RUDE! Start paying your pharmacy staff better, which may attract more qualified people. read more

The only thing I can think is that their staff is over worked. They are not a good business model. They are not empathetic and not respectful. The manager who's name is Megan is not good with patients, does not seem to understand what is being asked and cuts people off. I will be trying to avoid this store in the future and do business elsewhere. read more

This pharmacy disappointed me one too many times. Thankfully I know a thing or two about my medicines, because there was more than one occasion where they messed up... 1) They have dispensed and sold me me two different strengths of a medicine (one of the prescriptions I hadn't filled for months). Had I been one of those people who knows little about their medicine, I could have mistakenly taken both strengths and ended up with painful side effects. The pharmacist or technician should have caught this mistake. 2) The pharmacists have failed to talk to me about new prescriptions, even though there was a big red COUNSEL stamp on the receipt (the clerk didn't even offer for me to speak with the pharmacist). This is one of the busiest Walgreens in the nation, but that is NO excuse for making these types of errors. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Chipped my tooth at lunch so went here looking for a fix. Waited in the consultation line only to have three people walk past me. Then found some stuff on my own. It was supposed to be buy 2 get one free but got charged for all 3. Looked down the baby care aisle for a bib for my son. Didn't find any. Asked if they had any and they said they did down aisle 21 which is the baby Care aisle. Never did find a bib read more

This is a good Walgreens. Having a blast following my Aunt around and seeing how excited she is getting by the sales. I wish I could type faster so I could get all of her good quotes on here. Been to this walgreens on several occasions, WORST WALGREENS BY FAR!! I received an email saying my prescription was ready however when I got there it was not filled yet. Also when I called to find out what was going on I waited on hold for 15 minutes with a voice recording and telling me someone would be right with me soon every 20 seconds. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. read more

Called and was hung up on 2X. Finally got through and the woman back in pharmacy was so rude, she was not helpful at all with my questions, she raised her voice and basically just wanted to argue to a point that ended with her being able to hand me off to someone else. I was going to use this as my preferred store, not anymore. My hometown pharmacy closed and they auto transferred everything over, they told me I could call any Wallgreens in the states and get things sorted out and get my scripts, that I guess is wrong information, the woman here didn't even speak to me long enough to inquire if I was home delivery or pick up all she did was explain rudely how she couldn't help me because my scripts were not at that specific physical location, but in Arizona (this is where the call center/distrib center is for the home delivery) Basic info that when I called Wallgreens online help they knew right away and directed me according. read more

Trying to get my prescription filled there was a nightmare. I brought in a paper prescription from the doctor at 9am and there was an issue with my insurance covering the meds. I get it but when I had my doctor call them directly to change the prescription so my insurance would cover it I thought everything was all good to go I even confirmed it with the person at the pharmacy that they were going to fill the new prescription from the doctor. Mind you at this point I had dealt with 2 different employees and both were incredibly rude about the whole situation. I went back at 5:30pm to get my meds and guess what it wasn't ready and they were still refusing to fill my prescription. I had to call my doctor again to get things fixed due to the pharmacy writing down the wrong information from the doctor. Finally things went through so I waited for them to fill the meds this time. I thought everything was all good to go again I paid for the prescription and left but when I opened the meds it was not even close to what I was supposed to receive. So yet again I had to call my doctor and have him call the pharmacy to fix it because the pharmacist wrote down and filled the wrong amount and then refused to fix it without my doctor calling them again. I can't believe it took calling my doctor 4 times before they finally gave me the right prescription and every single employee I dealt with was incredibly rude to me not to mention I didn't receive the correct prescription until 8pm. Which was 2 hours past the time I needed to take it. I will never be filling my meds at Walgreens again!!!!!! I might think differently if the service was still friendly but they were awful like I was the one causing the problem when clearly no one there can do their job properly. read more
