As a black woman who gets her nails done regularly I have never been treated this way in a salon before. I went in for a fill, the new product peeled off hours later. The tech didn't even cover the whole nail in polish. I went back in twice to get it fixed and each time I left worse than when I went it. I was told by a friend that this place was amazing and her nails do look good, I will give them that, but why did mine and it seems to every other woman of color, that I have talked to, received horrible service, horrible nails​, and swear never to go back. I am truley disgusting and appuled. Don't waste your time or money like I did only to be gaslighted, dismissed, and out $80.

The tech didn't even introduce himself. He found out I was from California and berated California the entire time and kept making snide comments. He had tattoos and he was very short with me. He behaved like he didn't wanna be there when I kept persisting with the conversation. A customer started cursing me out telling me to get the F out and calling me several names. The staff did nothing to stop the situation. Tech left paint on my hands on my fingers and when I asked him to remove it he got the clippers out and started clipping my skin with the paint attached to it.
