They have been known to put regular coffee beans into the decaf grinder and regular coke into the Diet Coke. Covered up moldy ceiling tiles with PAINT. Girl on 3rd also sells alcohol to minors and management has been notified but does nothing. Most of the good employees are gone so the store has gone to hell.

Check in was a breeze as I had no paperwork to balance on my lap and the assistant took care of everything with a few questions. The hygienist took the time to explain each step and did a through job of x-rays and cleaning, always sensitive to my needs and comfort. Dr. Ray took the time to go over my situation and made excellent recommendations for my own home dental practices. He knew what to recommend because he took the time to learn about me and I appreciated that. While Dr. Ray's office is equipped to handle quite a few procedures, I never felt pressured to do more or spend more, but I now know my options and will have more work done in the near future. I definitely rate my experience as 5 star.

This place is one of the few to actually be thorough and prepared for their clients. They had all the information I had submitted in advance via their online forms. This is something most places fail at. The people, from start to finish, were absolutely wonderful. They are knowledgeable, professional, kind, and fun (yes, fun!) to visit with. They make sure all your questions are answered and you leave happy with every aspect of you visit. In addition to the wonderful people, there is also their wide variety of glasses to choose from. I was able to select three pairs of glasses--two of which were designer--with an array of lenses features (blue light, scratch guard, etc) for under $650 without vision insurance. This is great considering the last pair (just one pair) of designer glasses I had purchased elsewhere were over $550 and had issues. The location is clean, pleasant, and easily accessible. This is definitely a location I felt very comfortable visiting. I have walked into other locations and not gotten the most welcoming feeling but the Hixson location is a rather different story altogether. As soon as we walked in there, we were met with the representative David who was going to help us…read morethroughout the whole process and we went in there to try to see if we could get a new line along with the phone and he was very courteous to the whole process light hearted and whenever we had questions he was very informative on whatever it was we were curious about we were able to leave with a new phone and a new line and didn't even feel bad about purchasing a product from this store because they were so friendly and helpful through the whole process I would recommend coming to this T-Mobile for an upgrade or to add on a line!
