Actually, the staff at this location has always been really helpful, both up front and in back. I recently visited the pharmacy right when they reopened after break, and there were already a few other folks waiting to hop into a line. The team was HUSTLING, moving with a lot of urgency. They handled the rush with grace, making a point to acknowledge me and assure me they'd be with me soon, and were super pleasant in our interactions even though I'm sure they were a scosche stressed. Fast forward to a year later. They have recently finished making some changes to the parking lot so it's easier to get in and out (and more changes are still in the works it seems) and they have completely renovated the dine in area of the store. Instead of going in and feeling cramped while ordering a sandwich and having very little options for hot food, Wegmans completely shifted the store around and installed a much bigger prepared foods area. This is a major win for those of us who work in the area and want to have choices for a lunch on the go. Each day you can now select from an expanded sushi bar, sandwich station, pizza, hot foods bar, or the robust salad bar. I feel like I could come here each work day and get a great meal. There is a lot of gushing about Wegmans around here, and it is not unwarranted. The James St store does not get 5 stars, as others have mentioned it's a bit smaller than the others and doesn't have quite the space or selection, but it is still Wegmans, and they have worked hard to make it better.

Most recently, my doctor called in a prescription on Monday at 9:30 am. I figured I would just go the next day to give them more time. Got there at 10:30 am, more than 24 hours later, and they were so unapologetically casual about it. Told me it's not ready and to come back in another hour! Seriously?! I than call the insurance company and guess what the 1 dollar was always the copay for this product thieves or what . need to find out who to reach out to and report this crime at least that's what I think it is
