Wow!!!! To be impressed by a Walmart says a lot!!! It was quite a drive out to this location but it was well worth it. Team lead Emily made sure I found exactly what I drove out there for. The seasonal item wasn't on the sales floor yet but she went out of her way to look for it on the trailer. That's what you call excellent customer service! Where's the beef. Ordered two Eye of the round roasts and was charged $36.00. I only received credit for one even after contacting their customer service. Also, in my order were two 5lb ground meat packages wich I was charged for and to my knowledge never credited. I'm only ordering pet food and sundry items now until they can make this order good and I'll change this review. I try to leave as many reviews as possible and have 4000 of them. This is the Auburn NY Wal-Mart. I am satisfied with the other products delivered but will have to pay more for beef at Wegmanns. read more

This location has only 2 lines open at any given time, they refuse to open more stating they have 21 self checkouts. Glad these billionaires found a way to save money and get people to work for free for them but it's very difficult for those of us with handicap issues and then to make us stand in lines for so long because of their refusal to open more is ridiculous. Super rude workers most of the time. Not very helpful. Out of a lot of things especially after Christmas but that's expected. Bathrooms are always dirty. Never any check out lines open. And half the time the self checkouts are down. Super packed. What can you say? It's Walmart.‍ read more

Sad to see the bad reviews on here.........yes I agree with check out being a pain but on the whole I think the store is doing fine....perhaps some things not so good but you do have prices cheaper in most cases. In the beginning even I said no way will I shop at Walmart....well when you live on S.S. you say that's the only way......I do still go to Wegmans.......love that store where I will get their specials and my meats....when on sale...lol read more

I went to Walmart yesterday (Saturday) in an attempt to buy paint. I waited in the paint section for 45 minutes and couldnt find anyone to help me. I called the store 2 times, they tried paging someone both times, and I asked 3 employees, none of which knew how to mix paint or could help any any questions. Needless to say I left without the paint. :-( read more
