This place (pharmacy) has turned into a joke. Wasn't good before but is worse now. Waited in line for 10 mins with no movement and decided to come back. Then waited in line for 5 and tried going inside but its closed and was told to use drivethru. Waiting now for another 10 mins with no movement. Not sure why it's so hard... this is all after they told my wife her prescription was ready so she went to pick up and they were closed with no pharmacist on duty. Then they text her again saying she needed to pick up her prescription or it would be put back on the shelf. Wtf is going on here? read more

This Walgreens is the closest one to my house and is my go to for a lot of things. We utilize the pharmacy here for the whole family and have always had a rather good experience. They're great about letting us know when prescriptions are ready for pickup and the staff is usually nice. I love that they have the pharmacy drive through option, because more often than not I'm not wanting to bring my kids inside with me (IYKYK, LOL). I also use their photo department here ALL the time. Normally I just get the 4x6 prints for our family photo album, and it's nice because they always are running deals on prints so they end up being really cheap. They're usually always printed great quality. Most recently, we got our Save The Dates printed here and they unfortunately turned out waaaay dark and low quality. The manager was super easy to work with about the issue and issued me a store credit refund so that I was able to have them redesigned and reprinted, and we were happy with the way they turned out the second go around. Usually a good experience here and we'll continue to use them for our pharmacy & photo needs. read more

I would like to give this place zero stars. I have now been waiting 8 days for prescription. And I only and I almost could say nine days. I am going to transfer all my prescriptions. I have at Walgreens to a different performance. Because because this is not the first time i've gone through this. So farewell Walgreens hopefully other people. I made a return and they told me i couldn't get cash back. Which they could. I was looking right at the employee computer screen and thier was tou options. Cash or credit and she actually lied to my face saying she cant do that. When im looking at the computer screen. All she gad to do is push cash on the screen instead of credit. Very quick to refill medications and have had great customer service each time I've come

Service was friendly and we found Halloween squishmallows! Store is clean and the aisles were a little wider than other Walgreens I've been to. One thing that was weird was that the lighting was a lighting dimmer than what we were used to. After about 15 minutes, someone turned all of the lights on. It was like the sun was turned on. Do they do that for people to lose track of time like in a casino? Idk. When the store got busy, another cashier opened their register. Good store. read more

Pharmacy customer service has been dwindling over the past year. Last time was pretty good but today made up for it. Rude, impatient,short....basically said whadayawant and obviously did not want to be there. IDC what your personal problems are, this is a job and a customer service position as well. She was not the Pharmacist, did not ask for my prescription number and just rang it up full retail in the manor described above. This Walgreens is so bad. After spending $30 on energy drinks, snacks, and personal products, I asked if I could use the restroom. I was told I had to leave my already purchased items behind the counter. WTF? People literally run into this location and steal items on a daily basis and the paying customer gets treated like a thief. Husband had knee replacement surgery last week and ran out of his pain pills over the weekend. The Doctor promptly filled the prescription but the pharmacy is out of pain meds. Not coming in til tomorrow and no suggestions for helping me in anyway. Had to go to Safeway Pharmacy to get the new script filled. How do you run out of pain meds?? So frustrated. The pharmacy has continued to be a disappointment. I dropped off a prescription at the open of business (9am) and was told it would be ready at 11am. At 11am when I returned, I was told the meds wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. So today is here and I call to check on the prescription. My first call: I was put on hold TWICE by humans, then after waiting on home for 15 minutes, the call was disconnected. I called back and after waiting on hold for about 10 minutes, got in contact with a pharmacist. Although she was friendly, she told me the meds I need are out of stock and she doesn't know when they will be refilled - could be today, could not be. I asked if she could contact other Walgreen's and was told that she may get busy so I should call around. This is not great customer service! YOU are the pharmacy, this is YOUR job to do! I am now on hold with another Walgreen's (11 minutes and counting) to find this prescription. This is literally life and death! read more

I had an appointment for a vaccination and the rude woman I dealt with informed me I had to wait in another long line before I could be checked in, 20 mins after my appointment timeI finally got my shot. I understand that we are in the mist of a pandemic and this time everyone is tired and over worked but to have been as rude and confrontational as she was is uncomfortable and unnerving and I won't be ever returning to this location. read more

The staff in pharmacy are rude and not helpful at all. I drove up to the window after sitting in line over 20 minutes and was told pharmacy was closed to come back the next day. How rude is that. I went back the next day was told to drive around the building for 20 mi utes by Then my script should be ready. You go inside and it's total confusion and chaos in the pharmacy department. The first time I went in there to pick up my photos the girl asked my name and found my envelop and started going thru all of my photos one by one. When I asked what she was doing she said she wanted to make sure all of the photos were there... I asked how she would know and she said it was her job to go through them all. Whether or not its true I found it a bit rude and strange. This last Saturday I went to pick up a few photos and a 11x14 print. They were supposed to be ready by 6:50 we got there after 7 and the larger print wasn't done. We stood there for almost 10 minutes listening to the same girl and another one chat about their social lives when I finally asked what was up they said they didn't know what the machine was doing and I said I would be back in the next morning. When I came to pick up the print the next morning they refused to give me my print until I signed a document that they had already taken the liberty of filling is saying I didn't know who the photographer was and I knew I was responsible for copyright liability. I explained I took the photo and played with it on Photoshop the manager told me I had taken it from the internet and people don't like stealing. I will now spend the extra money to go to a print shop instead of listen to someone who's got no knowledge of creative commons licenses or common sense. read more

I have gone to this Walgreens for several years to get my flu shot. While in the past I may have had to wait to get my shot, I felt the service was acceptable and available throughout the day. This year was another story! The first time I went in to get my shot it was mid-morning and I was told that the person who administers the vaccine was new and would not be authorized to give the vaccines until 3:00 in the afternoon. I left and returned two days later, again in the morning, only to be told that the only person authorized to give flu shots does not start her shift until 3:00pm. What!!! I drove across the street to Safeway, was greeted warmly by the pharmacy staff, got my flu shot and was on my way promptly. Advice to Walgreens- If you are only giving flu shots after 3:00pm, put a sign on your door that says that and save your valuable customers from wasting time! read more

I love how friendly most of the staff is, people always have their bad days but I go into this Walgreens a lot and everyone is welcoming and friendly to me. They usually have everything I need and the store is kept very clean, I have seen cashiers cleaning surfaces after customers and that makes me more comfortable to go in at my leisure as well. read more

I came into the Edgewood/Milton Walgreens thinking it would be a quick and easy process to get my passport photos done. The process was actually pretty painless until I actually reached the passport facilities who would not accept my photos. Apparently my head was too small and not showing enough of my face (my hair was in the way), which I had questioned the Walgreens' employee about multiple times. Long story short, I am going to ask for a full refund. One thing to note: The passport facility employee (in Fife, WA) said that Walgreens was "hit or miss" and that Costco was a better option for passport photos in the future. read more

I just wanted to let people know what a joy the Wahlgreen's pharmacy in Edgewood has been to work with. Moving back to Washington, after having Publix in both Nashville and Savannah, with great service, it was hard for me to decide where to have my prescriptions transferred. My husband had a terrible experience with the Rite-Aid in Bonney Lake. I had used Wahlgreen's in Savannah once when two other pharmacies were out of a med I take. I decided to use Wahlgreen's in Edgewood being familiar with the area and it's convenient location. I called them Wednesday night letting them know I'd like to transfer meds, giving them the name of the old pharmacy. By Thursday afternoon they had them all ready for me to pickup. Easy peasy. I will be changing pharmacies. Picked up my normal monthly prescription to find instead of 30 pills only 15. I call and the pharmacy acts like it's no big deal. Said just come back and get the other 15. I think there should be some concern on their end such as if they have a thief working there or just someone who is incapable of counting pills. Sometimes, it is very quick and you can be helped with efficiently, other times, there will be nobody in line and the cashier will seem to talk for minutes to the person who is paying and you can see the person is trying to get out of the conversation and is just being cordial. I often ring out in cosmetic because it is always speedy there. The pharmacy is always knowledgable and helpful! The pharmacy are LIARS! I need my Inhaler like I'm on life support. These people side with the Insurance Companies and not you! They tried to sneak me a generic inhaler without letting me know, and when I called them out on it. The lady lied and said I've been taking this medicine for months now, which is a Bold Face Lie! They rather let me die with the wrong meds!, then help a Loyal Customer. Please note when you hit your Premiums with you insurance, Walgreens with play with you prescription. They get kick backs for doing you wrong and saving them money. Also the Pharmacist tried to tell me my Insurance Company decides what medicine I can get? Huh?! Umm 1st I'm in charge of my medicine, and my doctor is 2nd, and the Insurance Company has no say so!!!!!!! Their LIARS and I've been with Walgreens forever. Not no more as of. 11/4/2019. Now the 1 star is mainly for the pharmacy. We filled my sons medication here and half way through the month ran out of a 30 day prescription! I kinda thought the bottle looked a iffy when we got it. We took it back and the pharmacist checked the on hands for it and said they were correct. Moral of the story is the employees skim off of the meds here. Luckily my doc gave us samples to see us through. Not to mention they spent an hour trying to find my sons prescription on the computer once because they had somehow lost it. I give poor reviews for liars. I went to purchase an ink cartridge and the one I needed had a bright yellow tag covering the price. The tag said as advertised 24.99. I was like cool, its on sale. I was curious what the regular price was so I lifted the yellow tag to view the regular price. 24.99 same as the sale price. Can you just be honest and not lie to your customers please. read more

I pick up my monthly medication here & the staff at the pharmacy are very nice. I was frustrated with my insurance about getting vacation override but the pharmacist lady at Walgreens took care of it. It was quick too. I was happy I got the medication that I need during my vacation. read more
