Their pharmacy is lacking which is sad to say because it is a drugstore. And this Walgreens store prices are kind of high.

They canceled my prescription with no warning or explanation. Resubmitted the order and now my insurance says it's too soon to refill (it's not). I truly don't know how the pharmacy is still open. The number of times they have messed up my, and my loved ones' prescriptions is crazy. The carelessness and stupidity of the Walgreen's pharmacy staff has literally put our lives in danger multiple times. Go elsewhere if you can. read more

Anything that costs more than a few dollars is locked up in a case, and there are no service workers in the store that have enough time to open it. You can't have it both ways, Walgreen's. Either leave the stuff available for purchase or have enough workers to help you get it. I will NOT be returning to this store. read more

Had to have one of my Rx's filled while in town and I stopped in to this Walgreens and met with Abdol the pharmacist! What a great guy and he took care of things fast and very professionally. He checked my insurance to make sue it was going to be covered and it was good to go. So happy with Walgreens. Fast, professional and polite service. read more

I take 2 common meds for blood pressure, one we found needs to be a specific manufacture to keep away from certain side effects, after a couple of pickups where even though we have it noted on the chart, they said it was too difficult and were no longer interested in providing any meds for us if they had to keep track of anything specific like that. I worry for other people that arn't able to keep track for themselves. isn't providing the correct meds part of their job read more

Horrible service!!! I'm driving through and this place was one of few open after 9 pm. I asked to use the restroom and the young man, Daniel, told me the bathroom was "out of order." I knew he was lying because he would not look me straight in the face. My husband went in and he overheard him tell another customer that he was the only employee and could not leave the front counter. Now, I would have understood that much better. No need to lie. Honesty is usually the best policy, but what to do. Ugh read more

I really wish there was a zero star. If you need your prescription filled. Please, please avoid this pharmacy. I cannot fully speak for the rest of the store; however, the pharmacy department is the worst thing to ever deal with. They continuously mess everything up. They have caused me to go weeks and days at a time without my medication. I've been on The phone all day with nurses at my doctor's office between them giving me my prescriptions. Along with the RN personally calling them. They lied about us giving them the wrong names. My doctor's office is feed up with them as well and once they decided to properly communicate with the RN they start sending me notifications claiming insurance issues and not being able to do anything. Im so disgusted with these people working here. Not to mention if you go in side you get a free show to them fighting and yelling at each other. I've been on hold for an hour just to talk to the person in charge. This is just cannot. It's ridiculous and to the point you want to actually go show your a$$. read more

this review is solely for the pharmacy. i waited 15 minutes in a line of two people just to get some behind the counter cold medicine. also the red hair girl named Jennifer had 2 people cut in front of me because they were "picking up" their prescription. she didn't even both making eye contact with me and pretended i wasn't there the entire time waiting in line. environments like this make me uncomfortable especially being new to the town. then she just left the pharmacy all together to have the 1 person handle the line and drive thru. the Asian pharmacy tech is the online reason I gave 2 stars instead of one. customer service is non existent. please use your words instead of pretending customers aren't waiting in line and dismissing them read more

This is a normal Walgreens. Nothing to say really. If you've seen one you've seen them all. This one has a cleaner bathroom than most so I wanted to give them a nice review. I think Wallgreens is my favorite drug store, I find their history to be very interesting. And as far as I know they are a good company, so I can't complain a whole lot. All in all I say stop by if you need the convenience pharmacy while in town. read more

Unfortunately I have been using this pharmacy for a number of years just out of convenience this is literally the worst pharmacy. Constant problems with prescriptions Consistently bad there literally has never been a time that have been able to just have my prescription filled and pick up with out something going wrong I am fed up!!!! If I could give negative stars I would After a number of terrible customer service instances. The first was a 22min wait on the phone to check on a prescription status for someone visiting out of town. The second we had an acute prescription sent over from a doctor at 5:00pm. When I called they said it couldn't be typed in until possibly 8:00pm. As a former pharmacy technician when we received acute prescriptions we had about 15min to get those done. I don't know how many staff they have or how many scripts they do a day but this is ridiculous. read more

I get my meds here but the point promo is a joke. None of the cashiers seem to know how to give you the earned credit and they refer you to an 800 number that is for a 10 min survey. Otherwise, standard fare for an overpriced variety/drug store. read more

This is a prime example of corporate incompetence! The pharmacy and store staff are polite and very nice, however they have little say or power over the pharmacist or ability to fill prescriptions. I have worked two days to fill my prescriptions, first they only had one pharmacist, who did come into work, then they are standing in front of me with the medications but cant give them to me because the pharmacist cant approve the prescriptions if the computer is down; I Am going to Barnes Drug in Arcata- family owned non cooperate pharmacies are the only ones that can get the job done right! read more
