Have had some positive experiences in the store. The drive through is good.They are extremely busy so customer service is lacking.

would get a 5 if I didn't have to use the darn KIOSK. So tired of KIOSKS at fast food places and now some pharmacies. Do not get me started on the Self Checkouts at big box stores. Thats NUTS !! Walgreens could use a simple " take a number and it's on screen who's next"! On the positive side the staff is friendly and has meds when others do not. I love Walgreens, they have a drive up at the Fulton and Victory location. The Pharmacist is always helpful and I never have to edit along time to pickup my prescriptions. They also have a reward program that gives cash rewards that you can use when purchasing other items. Great store I highly recommend read more

We got there a few minutes before closing, and trust me, I understand the desire to close up and go home. However, being close to 8 months pregnant, I was in need of Tums. It literally would have taken us 2 minutes to walk in, find it, and get back to the front. Instead of letting us know politely that they were closing soon, or asking if she could help us find something, the lady at the front very rudely exclaimed, "You have 3 minutes!" I thought maybe it was me, but my husband, who doesn't care about most things, commented on how rude she was. I get being tired. I understand having a long day. But, don't take a position in customer service if you can't handle customers or service. read more

I stopped in for a nail file and passed 4 employees at the cosmetics counter, no one acknowledged me, but that's okay, I found what I needed. I went to the front of the store to checkout and the customer in front of me started eating her ice cream because her wait was so long it was melting. She was very loud about getting one of the other four girls to come to another register, but no one came. When the group of EEs finally broke up and decided to help checkout customers they started by serving the customer at the back of the line! Don't put up signs if you aren't going to require masks. Don't lie to people. If you don't care about the elderly and disabled don't pretend and put vulnerable people at risk. read more

I travel the country and have been in many Walgreens. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received at Walgreens. Must be a lot of unhappy employees there based on their responses to simple questions. Not helpful at all. read more

I always find a reason to visit a Walgreens when I travel. This is your typical Walgreens, so there's not much to "review" so to speak. The store was clean and the cashier was nice. I found what I was looking for very quickly. No complaints. read more

The only pharmacy we give all our business . Despite staff changes and changes in hours we strictly give ALL our business to Walgreens Pharmacy in Fredericksburg . Walmart developed a now ILLEGAL habit of refusing to fill prescriptions they felt patients morally or physically did not need ( check your laws mr. Vaughn ) . Never an issue at Walgreens as they took time to know us as patients and know our doctors . When I was put on a very rare and seldom used medication they ordered it . When it was left off the list for the next month the made an emergency order that kept my husband from missing work by having to leave to find the medication in San Antonio . As a cancer patient we have not had to deal with the humiliating questions from Mr. Vaughn at Walmart . We would rather pay more and be treated with respect than be refused a med because a geriatric pharmacist decided to play God with a cancer patient . Thanks a million Walgreens . The pharmacy has no clue!!! I came in agreed to pay full price for my medicine waited 20 minutes, waited in a line of 5 people that included a lady with 6 kids!! . Only to have the clueless girl that stands 5' from the pharmacist say" we don't have that in stock"!!! Wow how in courteous can you be... No "I am sorry we made you wait". They need a CVS. read more
