She wasn't our cashier it was a nice gentleman whom handled our transaction well. The girl on the the other hand was to busy to really deal with us. Yes she folded clothes and put them in the bags but was to busy talking with an associate about a nail polish color and avoiding our existence as little as possible. We had two garments which one was lower than the other and we wanted to know why. SHE NEVER ONCE SAID THE UPCS WERE DIFFERENT! She gave us no specific reason why the prices were different just that it was to big of a difference for her to change it. I hesitated to post this, but every time I go in, I find that there are some down to earth, helpful people, and subsequently, there are others who seem short with me and just have a feeling that they're better than me or anyone else and trying to rush me when I have a question. I don't know if there are any classes you can give them, but we actually had to go to these type of classes while in the Medical field . It really makes a difference in how you respond to customers . And then again, there are such wide varieties of personalities nowadays but maybe that is their natural personality. it's just that I think they could do a little bit better on their customer service areas. The day we came in to get lenses put in, the clerk had difficulty, she asked for assistance but never really got help. She finally got the new ones in, the other clerk was rather rude. So far new lenses are spot on.
