They hold a near monopoly in the area, yet their subscription system crashes frequently and causes repeated service interruptions. The larger concern is the lack of accountability at the local management level. In my experience, issues occurring behind the scenes are not acknowledged or addressed, which leaves customers without clear answers or support. In contrast, Irene in customer service has been consistently helpful, professional, and solution focused. For the long term health of the customer experience, leadership may want to consider aligning management with the level of service Irene provides.

The cooler door was locked and I casually went up to the counter and I said hey I can't get into the cooler. There was a cashier lady there and then there was a guy who claimed to be the manager he said they're open they're open I said okay thanks. I went back to the cooler it was locked. I thought I'll try this once more. I could tell he had some kind of issues going on cuz he was agitated from the get-go maybe an unrelated event I don't know. I said sir the cooler is locked we hit the button we hit the button. I checked again it was locked I turned around I said no biggie I'm going to the other store meaning the QuikTrip down the street I said you guys will have a long day if you can't get those cooler doors open kiddingly. He started to scream and yell from across the store get the hell out of my store right now I said excuse me he said get out of my store I am going to post a comment on every social media site every Business site anything I can do that guy if he is a so-called manager needs to be fired Walnut Street QuikTrip Green Bay I was in disbelief so as far as I'm concerned quick trip I'm done with all QuikTrips so is my family and any friend of mine I can explain this story to that is absolutely wrong I felt like two cents getting yelled at in front of the other customers in the store.

They have a nice little walk in cooler if u need to make a beer run with good selections. I like this place cuz it is super close to home. Kwik Trips support local farms and industry. So they often have deals on milk, eggs and ICE CREAM! Yelp-Steve-O has been known to make a summer walk with his English bulldog Ethel Mae to make an ice cream run. And yes: Ethel Mae gets a little too! What I also like about this place (besides ice cream) is the staff is awesome! Always very friendly and helpful. This place gets busy and there can be a line. But the staff is very efficient. Remember we are in a Covid world. Signs clearly marked at the door. Wear the darn thing and give the staff a break when they ask u to wear one. Seen a…read morenew girl behind the counter, shorter (haven't seen her before, maybe 23/25yrs old w/brown hair) Many times I had a pump say "See Store Associate for Receipt" , so I always walked in, turned to the cashier's counter and patiently waited for their attention, they always were very courteous and asked what I needed, told them the pump # was out of paper and after they finished their present customer, they would print it out for me, today I was asked by an lady giving out food samples, told her what happened and she informed the young girl, Not Giving Us Much Attention, said he must get in line.......... but I can't waste time in the store, I'm hired to fuel up, grab receipt and go.... MOST Other stores I been to Always had the 1st register open and would take fuel customers as they walked in the door (I thought this was a normal thing) in and out, happy customer and store owner (Normally ) I wasn't going to stand behind 3 or 4 other customers holding multiple grocery items when I only needed a receipt then be on my way, it happens alot, I thought in the past the store owner did this on purpose to get the customers to walk-in and persuade them to buy something since they had to go in anyway for the receipt, oh and the LOOK on her Face when the lady (samples) informed her I needed a receipt, Spoken back as if I wasn't even there.... He Needs To GET IN LINE.............. I explained this to my boss on why I didn't have the receipt, thinking we'll be switching gas-stations again soon I think, can't make money STANDING IN LINES
