This is literally the worse pharmacy i have ever been to. The customer services is horrible. No matter what time of day I go and it doesn't matter if it's drive threw or walk in they are SO slow. I spend on average a minimum of 30 minutes if not longer waiting to be helped. They need to get this figured out. sat in the drive thru and was ignored for 10 minutes while they sat on the computer for them to tell me the prescription that was sent by urgent care would take 2 hours to fill. that is ridiculous. it is penicillin and the place was not busy. read more

This pharmacy is run by well-meaning, good people. Unfortunately, this pharmacy is so ineptly run, that you would do better at any other pharmacy. If your doctor fills out a prescription to be picked up at this store, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. Ask your doctor to avoid this pharmacy AT ALL COSTS. Let me give you an example of an experience with this pharmacy: 1) You call this pharmacy in advance to confirm that it received a prescription for you (after you give them your name and birthdate), that it has been filled out and is waiting for you to pick up; 2) When you arrive at the pharmacy to pick up the prescription, the person at the desk says that she "cannot find you in the system" (despite the fact that you have filled hundred of prescriptions at other CVS pharmacies throughout the country); 3) The person at the front desk tries to look for your prescription but cannot find it; 4) The pharmacist "finds you in the national system" but cannot find you in the local system; 5) The pharmacist eventually finds the correct medicine. Things look up, but... 6) The pharmacist says she cannot sell the medicine to you because she "can't find you in the local system", even though you're in the "national system"; 7) The pharmacist says that, in order to sell the medicine to you, she needs to first call the "HelpLESS Desk" (These are the pharmacist's own words - she said that she calls the CVS Help Desk the helpless desk because of how routinely useless it is). She hopes that they can (possibly) sort this issue out within one and a half hours, but she cannot guarantee that; 8) The pharmacist says that she hopes to call you before midnight(!!!) to let you whether or not they have resolved this issue. IF the issue has been resolved by the "HelpLESS desk", then she can sell you the medicine. In conclusion, this CVS pharmacy is apparently so poorly run that, even though the pharmacy has well-intentioned people, it cannot function like a normal pharmacy. I wasn't big on CVS until I started earning Extra Bucks. CVS does have excellent deals and coupons. I like this location because they are open 24 hours and have a wide selection in their store. (This is a must stop at Christmas time for me.) I have never had to wait for a cashier either. The pharmacy needs work, as you often have to wait forever for them to fill a prescription and often have a long line. read more

Several people in the pharmacy all standing around. It was more like a social coffee house. Took in a prescription at 245 said it would be ready in 1 hour. Came back at 530 still standing around chatting and did not fill my prescription. Sat around for another hour listen to the workers planning their evening. Finally got it filled around 630. Oh yeah forgot to mention that I was the only one in line waiting.. read more
