Gave the wrong location to my Dr. Turns out that was a big mistake. Trying to get this prescription filled was a fiasco. Told me they did not receive it and then 3 days later, apparently it was filled the day before my original call. Then, I never received any texts or email alerts. Couldn't access my scripts online to have them delivered either. Every prescription before this location has been a breeze. This was the worst experience hands down. If I could leave a zero I would. I was trying to get a migraine medication filled that my usual pharmacy was out of and I was suffering with a migraine for over 3 days. When I called this Walgreens MY pharmacy was still open and my pharmacist was waiting to hear who he needed to transfer the prescription to. Well after I was on hold with the Walgreens pharmacy for over 2 hours, I decided to drive up to this Walgreens. The drive there from my house is literally 10-15 minutes. Still on hold. Waited in line, still on hold. I told my pharmacist to go ahead and transfer to this Walgreens, and so he did. BUT, SINCE I WAITED ON HOLD FOR OVER 2 HOURS HE WAS CLOSED BY THE TIME I GOT THERE and spoke with the on duty pharmacist. Mind you his pharmacy was OPEN when I started this process! Well they refused to accept my prescription, even though he went back up to his pharmacy and faxed my prescription, because the pharmacy was now closed. But, I want to repeat when I first called, his pharmacy was open. And the Walgreens pharmacist was rude. Very courteous staff as I was welcomed when walking in the front door. Quick service at the pharmacy. Clean aisles and well stocked shelves.

Was very quick less then 10 minutes to fill and revive prescription lady working it was very sweet as well and considerate.

Dealing with the pharmacy here has been a nightmare. After jumping through all kinds of hoops to get a prescription filled as instructed by one pharmacist, I returned with my ducks in a row and was denied by a different pharmacist (red head). Inconsistencies and lack of communication between pharmacist is bad business and a barrier to good healthcare. read more

Moved to a new city, figured rather than driving to my old pharmacy, it would be more convenient to use a 24 hour Walgreens.... wow I was wrong! Here I am over 24 hours since drop off and still don't have my medicine. Every single pharmacy employee was rude that I encountered(3 women). When they ran into issues, they never felt the need to call me to give me a chance to get what they needed before 5pm on Friday ( drop off was Thursday at 12pm). Rather than rant for 10 pages, it would be easier for someone to do a "mystery shop" to see exactly how they treat and speak with customers. I won't be going back just simply for the fact that they don't care. Insurance issues happen but not taking charge of the issues during a reasonable time frame, is the problem. I really hope the "mmmhmm" lady learns some compassion or finds another profession! read more

The staff here has always been friendly but the wait for the pharmacy is ridiculous. I don't know if they are understaffed or poorly managed or both, but if they say it'll be ready in an hour it can be up to several more. Not fun being sick and waiting for medicine for over an hour when it was promised 3 hours earlier. Very disappointing for such a well branded franchise. read more
