Upon arrival, I found the store very clean and organized. Lots of items had sale or discount offers. Photo booth, self checkout all were fully functional. Pharmacy was also open, had multiple customers being served. I went to the associate at the counter. Upon mentioning online pick up, he handed me the bag on the spot. It was quick and easy. The nice cashier kid tried to help me but he needed the manager. He was also busy ringing up people. He really tried to get the manager's attention and the manager said he had to help the delivery. I waited 15 minutes and the manager never attended to me.It would have taken a total of one minute probably. He was more concerned about the delivery coming in. In my opinion the customer comes first. The delivery man delivering soda could have waited a minute. The manager totally ignored me. I guess the soda delivery was more important. They keep the store clean and have to deal with very unfriendly people on an every day basis. I have seen clients give them a hard time on many occasions and they stay cool and collective. Thank being said I think the way the owner or the franchise do thing is not nice. They are open every holiday. I believe they were even open all day on Christmas and thanksgiving. I think that is wrong and I never go shopping on those days because I believe it's time to be with family so I do not support that. The prices are reasonable and they have a decent selection of items including clothing, food, medication, cigarettes, etc... pretty much anything you might need in a pinch.
