Wow! Elona has no customer service skills. Asked her where something was and she was not busy and pointed me into a general direction. I said so I need to find it myself and she just walked off. I had no idea where to look, so I went to the pharmacy and the pregnant manager of the pharmacy was SOOO helpful. When I went up to pay Elona was my cashier. I asked to see a manager and she told me she would call assistant manager Hannah up. She called Hannah 3 times on the intercom and Hannah never came up. Never!!!! Went back and asked the pharmacy manager if she could get a hold of Hannah and Hannah didn't answer for her either. She told me the managers name was Sam and that I could call him at the store tomorrow. The store employees including Hannah could all use some retraining. The pharmacy is dialed in! Again no one but me was in the store. They had the time to give excellent customer service! read more

I brought my daughter in today for her first Covid vaccine appointment. As we were checking in, the male at the counter wrote "no alert," on the page. I informed him she was in immunization alert and he attempted to look again. It turns out he had the incorrect birthdate for her from the appointment line. He never bothered to check our information. I had to ask him if he had our correct address and phone number. He did not. He then had issues with billing our insurance even though he had the card with the information in his hand. He got up and left us standing there while "waiting for it to go through," twice. He told us to get into the pharmacy line and get help from someone else. As I walked away I looked at my partner and said "this is b.s." The man then went off loudly at me and said "you must respect," repeatedly while knife handing towards me. I had to tell him to lower his voice, he needed to move on, and I wasn't talking to him. He said "you know I can refuse your appointment right?" The woman who helped us after was able to properly bill our insurance within about a minute and a half and was very pleasant. Because of this man's inability to perform his job, we were not seen until 40 minutes after our appointment even though we showed up 10 minutes early. I received my vaccine at the Gladstone Walgreens and had no issues at all. Definitely avoid this place until this man is no longer in the pharmacy/clinic. He is tall, has dark hair, an accent, and dresses really well. I assume he is a pharmacy staff member because he was giving medication to people. This pharmacy has progressed to trash. I have been here since it opened and they could care less about their customers. Never have meds i get momthly in stock. Overcharge. Mistake the quantities. Underfill most of the time and dont communicate. They keep reducing their hours. Final draw they partical filled a prescription one 6th of what i normally get but wanted to charge my full co-pay because they said thats all thats left. I said then i will wait until i can get 6 for the same price as one. Course they didnt tell me until after i paid and felt the med bag and had to ask so i said i want to return it. They void the whole transaction and i have to wait 5-6 days for the refund but then want to recharge for the other prescription because "it had to void with it." I just got screwed and now i have to wait for my money. You screwed up. You didnt even tell me it was partical. They own no mistakes or headaches. I have been loyal hoping they would get it together as its convenient to my house but i cant anymore. Sad. Absolutely sad. read more

The Pharmacist is a selfish human being. I Dont know how she can sleep at night. I was in the most pain of my life last night. My throat was burning and I could not swallow or drink anything! I get to the pharmacy later at 8:30. The assistant was rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. The proceed to fill my antibiotic but do not fill my pain reliever because the need clarification from my provider. So I couldn't sleep the entire night! The pain was sooo bad I went to the ER! So then we go back at 9 am and get the perception and its still not done! They also would not give me back the prescription! I had to wait until 1 pm. By this point my throat was closed and I could barely breath! Im not done with this store! Im calling Corporate! The pharmacy here is beyond bad. There have been at least 4 times we had prescriptions sent over and the pharmacy said they were never received or only partially received. It has gotten so bad we now just expect the prescription to be filled incorrectly. The people that work there seem clueless, even the managers have never given us a clear explanation as to why we only received 4 pills instead of the 8 our insurance approved. They are an absolute embarrassment to an otherwise good company. Figure it out Walgreens before your incompetent pharmacy kills someone. I recently had to transfer all of my prescriptions from Rite Aid in Happy Valley, Oregon to the Walgreens across the street, since my insurance no longer accepted Right Aid. I certainly wasn't sad about this move, since my experiences at Rite Aid were so awful! I've read some of the negative reviews about Walgreens and I have to say that my experience has been really positive. There was one interaction that one technician had an issue getting my insurance information into the system, but the other tech was able to resolve the issue quickly and easily. I also want to say, that even if they had an issue, everyone was always very personable and delivered good customer service. It's been a nice change from the lack of service at Rite Aid across the street. Thanks to the staff at the Happy Valley Walgreens! read more

Worst pharmacy ever! I have had multiple prescriptions filled here and had an issue every single time!! Except to wait hours after an prescription called in and if they have issues don't expect them to call you to figure it out. Instead they will wait til you show up for them to say there was an issue. It's so convenient having a drive through pharmacy but don't waste your time. read more

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I've visited with the single handily most incompetent pharmacists I've had the pleasure of meeting. Really, I shouldn't have trusted this pharmacy again (this wasn't my first off experience with this pharmacy in particular) but I was hopeful that getting a flu shot would be easy. It's not technically prescriptions- it's a flu shot. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I did some research and scheduled an 11:30 am appointment the night before just to be safe. When I arrived there the suggested ten minutes prior to my appointment the pharmacists were laughing and hollering in the back. This continued throughout my wait. During the twenty minutes I stood there (with no other customers) I was acknowledged once ten minutes in. It was to the point where I had another appointment thirty minutes later and ended up having to just leave. So, lesson learned. I guess I'll be using the local Rite Aid for vaccinations from now on. read more

This is for the providence care clinic available at Walgreens. Super convenient and easy to get appointments. Prescription are filled quickly and they text you to let you know when it's available for pick up. The staff at the store are always friendly. No complaints here. read more

My family visited this store to seek services for a third Covid shot. The technician asked irrelevant questions about where my relatives got the vaccines and other questions that were very intrusive and not meeting Federal and state standard. She even accused us of faking the Covid card. After all those questions, she threw a form at us and asked us to fill it out and wait 45 minutes for the shot. We left and asked where another Walgreen we could get the Pfizer shot, she said she was too busy to help. What kind of treatment was that? We were too upset to spend more time at that store. We went to another Walgreen's and got quick and efficient services immediately Even a one star was too good for this store the way we were treated. Will never step foot in that store on SE Sunnyside again even though we live close by. I hope the manager of this store read this review and do something about her attitude and treatment of us. I also found out as I was writing this review that there were numerous reviews with only one star rating. I wish I had read those reviews and not wasted my time this morning there at all. read more

This pharmacy is the worst ever. There have been multiple times that we dropped off a prescription and told it will be ready in an hour or two. Before returning I called to check and was told to give them 10 minutes because the pharmacist was working on it now. So we drove over ended up in line for over 30 min to find out they didn't have any of the pills we needed. This was even after telling her when we dropped off the prescription that my husband needed to take his dose 2 hours from then and if he did not get his pain meds we will most likely end up in the ER. ***ZERO STARS***Do not come to this pharmacy! Every time I come to the pharmacy the wait is extremely long and they always tell you that the medication is ready and for some reason it's never ready. The customer service is horrible and the staff is extremely irritated. I came here once and I had bronchitis five times in one year and this story was a couple years ago. And the pharmacist told me that I was drug seeking because they were prescribed me a lot of cough medicine so I can fall asleep. And I explained to the pharmacist that I had bronchitis five times and I got sick quite a bit that's the reason. She made it a huge issue and basically called me a drug seeker. She was a petite middle eastern girl with glasses. So if you ever get her she's extremely rude condescending and has no customer service and she needs to stop being a pharmacist and move on to something else that doesn't deal with customers. Again every pharmacist I've got here they seem like they hate their job they hate everything what they do. If walgreens are going to hire this pharmacist they might as well close down. Because I will never come back here ever again. I started going to Fred Meyer down on Sunnyside and I highly recommend them their customer service is extremely good and they always have their medicines and they actually text you and call you in the medicines are ready. So please if you can't highly avoid this pharmacy they do not have the customer service, or they never let you know when the medicine is ready or when they do the medicine is never ready. So please avoid this pharmacy and do not go here. I mean for god sake's my insurance is covered by Walgreens and I'm skipping walgreens I'm going to Fred Meyer's I rather pay a little bit more for better customer service. The guy who was working the register this morning was a real asshole. I went in to buy just one product. I hadn't realized I didn't have enough funds in my account until I was checking out and I made a quick transfer so I can check out and the tone and demeanor he used to tell me if I do this for all my purchases was just a real dick thing for him to say. There was no one else in line and it wasn't busy for him to have made a comment like that. In general he works for customer service. You're paid to at least be fake nice. I just had a pharmacist question me regarding my own medications and allergies and refused to give me the medication without further explanation which is not legally required. After informing her she proceeded to throw the phone at the receiver as if her attitude wasn't off putting enough. I understand you have a job to do but if you're going to work with people, learn how to speak to them. My experience was not necessary and could have been avoided. I will never return here again. Pharmacy: This place is awful! Couldn't find two of our prescriptions that were sitting right there because they were spelling our name wrong in the computer, despite having an insurance card in front of them for reference). Out of, or didn't have enough of, 3 different medicines to fill our rxs. Given partial amounts and told to come back on Monday. Rx dropped off Tuesday, offered to have it ready in 40 minutes if we wanted to wait, we declined and they offered to send a text/email when it was ready.... Friday we call and they can't find it right off, then when they do it's been sitting here all this time. Useless!!! Delay, inept staff encounters, billing screw ups, incompetence, it's just a clown car around here. So much for the convenient location amounting to a hill of beans if we have to make 3 trips there for every prescription. read more

Extremely rude staff who was unorganized and very unprofessional. When I tried to pick up a prescription I was told three different reasons from three different very rude techs why they couldnt complete my order. Since I'm not privy to how their system works I would normally expect polite professional communication so that I could understand the reasons for not being able to complete my order. Instead I got short answers, refusal to acknowledge me in the drive through for more than 10 min after the tech dismissed me and they even went as far as referring to my girlfriend as a "bitch" after she thought she had hung up the phone receiver on her end. I cant imagine any reason for this treatment. There is no shred of customer service at this location and recommend going anywhere else. read more

Also, they make you wait for medications even when it is a very highly prescribed drug....they don't seem to know their customers and their medications very well or they would be on top of ordering.
