I was in a total…read morerage before because they were so incredibly screwed up and had a staff that was complete lack of knowledge and they just didn't have enough people. My experience the last 6 to 8 weeks has been a little different. We are still trying to fix the MESS of my prescriptions being out of whack and somehow there dates got messed up BUT besides that. They have newer staff, new pharmacist, etc and they are ON IT. If you leave them a message, they actually really DO call you back . And the new pharmacist there, I forgot his name, but he is really amazing and goes above and beyond to try to figure out your situation and get it fixed. I can't imagine being a new pharmacist and having to fix that mess over there but he's doing a really good job. Anyway, thought I'd let you all know. It's a different experience when you go in there. THANK GODDD! And Thank you CVS for hearing our complaints and actually FIXING the situation and getting more staff in there!! Much better experience. Oh- I almost forgot - the new staff there are VERY kind. Not like some of the past employees who would probably get fired from polishing ROCKS- because their attitude was so bad! Thank God that one didn't last very long. I also like Walgreens for various beauty supplies - lipstick, mascara, lotions, shampooo and conditioner, nail files, cotton balls - all at reasonable prices. This location is not my regular store, but since the Walgreens in NE on my gym route recently closed, I stop in random Walgreens when I am out and about running errands. This location is clean, spacious, well stocked and has plenty of parking in their lot, including handicapped spots.

While I was waiting in the cashier's line the PIC learned from someone else that someone was sitting on the curb out front, she then went out and started screaming at the man. Screaming loud enough for everyone in the store to hear her - he remained calm "You could sit at the bus bench, that's public. This is private." Factually true enough, but what form She continues: "If you aren't gone when I come back in 5min I will kick you!" When she comes in from yelling at him I confronted her "You just threatened to assault that man" and she responded "I threaten to assault people every day" She then turns on me "You aren't buying him food, are you? That's not allowed" I informed her that if I was not before I most certainly was now. And she again doubled down saying that I wasn't allowed to. I asked for her name/position but she refused to give it and walked away. I'd wished there were other impulse food buys closer to the register. I would have bought him a full smorgasbord if I could have. But you should know, Walgreens, this will be the last time I frequent this store and I'll be recommending to friends to also take their business elsewhere.
