Then I moved to Girard and got to experience the Youngstown Walmart. Wow, do I miss the Hermitage Walmart these days. The shopping carts are well managed by the staff here, and the people who shop at this Walmart are courteous enough to actually put their carts in the return. In Youngstown, at least half the people shopping there don't put their cart in the cart return, they just leave it wherever and the parking lot is consistently littered with shopping carts. The store is consistently clean, and the staff is mostly pretty friendly and helpful when they're free to help you. In Youngstown you'd have an incredibly difficult time tracking someone down to ask for help, and if you did they wouldn't necessarily be the most friendly in my experience. The inventory is very consistently refilled and I rarely had something I was looking for be out of stock in Hermitage. By the way, don't take those self check outs for granted, not having at the Youngstown Walmart has resulted in my waiting 10+ minutes to buy several small items on at least half a dozen occasions.

Wouldn't have been so bad if it was a normal medication, but it was a narcotic. Luckily they found it in their filing cabinet, even the pharmacist was upset it was in the place it was. Next, they keep trying to use my insurance card that expired in January. I went in and took the new cards several times, and each month with my refill I have to call them and ask why it says insurance issue. Today was the icing on the cake. We had a medication due yesterday, and being a narcotic they could not fill it early. Well they closed yesterday (on a Saturday), and we couldn't get it filled. I called this am and asked them to get it ready, as we took our last dose this morning and we would be leaving to go out of town for the evening. They couldn't guarantee the medication would be filled within the 3 hours I asked for, due to "we were closed yesterday and we are backed up". I want to know what is going on in this pharmacy lately? We are always said hello to while we're there. Everyone is very friendly. It's just perfect for our little town. While checking out, everyone's really personable and kind.
