What can I say, if they aren't completely out of your medication they'll likely only be able to partially fill it. There maybe is a sliver of a chance they'll have it in stock or be able to fill it within a few days, and if that's the case you'll be lucky enough to pull up and find that you only have to wait 30 mins to an hour and a half to pick it up :-) that is, if they didn't decide to close without warning due to short staffing. DO NOT GO HERE! We escorted our family member here for their SCHEDULED Covid booster shot. This Walgreens set up the appointment online. After arriving early (but having to wait in a long line), we were informed that they "stopped giving out boosters at 3pm today" There was no further explanation, other than "you need to go back and get ANOTHER appointment". Wtf Walgreens! How about a big apology for screwing it up BIG TIME? We will not be using any Walgreens ever again (including prescriptions or any other service). read more

So I just left the doctor an hour ago and since I live close to this location I had my doctor send my prescription here . When I come to pick up my prescription that's when they tell me that I have to wait for an hour because they are giving people vaccinations . This is a pharmacy where we ( the people who are sick come to get medicine that's need it ) . And the person who is filling the prescriptions is so rude which is unnecessary as well . So here I am waiting for one hour and half for my meds . This was obviously a mistake to come to this location and will never visit again . After the hour I went to pick up My prescription and the pharmacist told me that they cannot fill my prescription because they were giving covid shots . I just was tested for covid and my cough have been horrific . I had to go to another Walgreens and call the clinic so that they could send my meds to the other Walgreens . read more

I have had many problems at this particular Walgreens store. Last was I went to pick up my insulin and it says nine on the package yet it only had three in the package. I also use a libre freestyle sensor. I have had two that it went bad on me. Thanks Chuck D. read more

04/01/2022 I had to get some medication ready for me and a lady named Jessica herself that she wouldn't give me my own medication. This is not my first encounter with Jessica, she also made mistakes with my medication back in 2020, and since then she always had an attitude with me. I would never recommend anyone to go to this Walgreens Pharmacy, they will say you're the problem, when it's the workers that's making the mistake. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Have been in Columbia Heights for 22 years and my husband has used this pharmacy for the entire time. I do not use this pharmacy because of their practices but because he has been there for so long and the fact we live approx 1 mile from there he stays with them. This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been in. The worse part about it is they know it and could care less. During the height of the pandemic they used that a a reason to be unorganized and slow. So many issues not enough lines to post them all. Just to hit a few issues, revived the wrong prescriptions three times, waited over 2 hours multiple times for service, called prescriptions in at 8 in the morning and at 5 pm never ready and asked to wait again. They always have the drive thru closed stating phone not working. Went today for a prescription that was called in 4 days ago to be told by a rude person after standing there being ignored for 6 mins while she typed her report that they were still working on it. Really???? And of coarse the sign was up saying to go inside the phone in the drive up was down. I have cancer and did not really feel like going in. My husband had a prescription he has taken for 15 years that they kept saying the Dr would not renew. He went without it for 2 weeks when the Dr verified it was still an active prescription. If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would. They are consistently out of medication and have made several mistakes on my prescriptions more than once. Luckily I'm someone who listens to my doctors notes and review my visit summaries before I take my meds. I am changing my location and do not suggest anyone use this location for your prescriptions. It is not safe considering how many times they've messed up my prescriptions. I'm surprised they're not monitored better considering that this is Walgreens. I'm very disappointed, honestly annoyed, and wanted to share my experience in hopes that it'll help others find a better pharmacy for their medical needs. read more

Worse branch do not go there.yThey charged my insurance for covid vaccine which my son did not even take. And later they won't even pick the phone . Walgreens in circle pines spent 2 hrs to hunt down the pharmacist in hilltop. They make their own people hold for hrs. Thanks to circle pines pharmacist they were able to resolve the whole thing. Very frustrating experience with hilltop. read more

This is my closest Walgreens and I use it fairly often. Drive thru is very slow and sometimes there are customers backed up at the pharmacy window. However I'm giving it 5 stars to counter the rating shown here which was obviously about the urgent care also in the same building but not owned by Wahlgreens! read more

First time I was there a while back with bad cold the doctor I saw took care of me with medicine, however; On 9/4/2017, I went in with pain in groan area and lower back from a fall at home and lifting. Doctor did not listen well to me at all and was not concerned about my groan pain it seemed, I told doctor I had a hernia operation in past and that it felt like some tissue tore in my right groan area. She checked me for hernia and found none, but this was not my complaint as it felt like where I have the mesh inside of me the tissue tore a little the other day, it is starting to get better by resting this weekend by it healing together again but this was not her concern at all it seemed. Her concern was that I was overweight by an extra .08 % according to my height and weight. She prescribed some pain pills. I think I need more complete rest time for the tissue to heal better, however, she said she never recommends people to take time off from work. I also told the doctor that I have been involved in 6 auto accidents that people have run into me in the past so that my X-rays of my spine show it is all messed up from top to bottom and I have been to neurologists in the past, she examined me just barely and said I have no herniated discs where my back hurt, she has never seen my x-rays and even with me telling the doctor about my problems and what X-rays show she makes this statement ! She contradicts full body x-rays and experts ! Well, I tried it twice and will not go back again even if it is close to my home. North Memorial Urgent Care in St.Anthony is where I am going back to as they have always listened to me regarding my complaints and helped me with better treatment when I need urgent care. read more
