A few new staff recently. Horrible. She is just rude to all the customers and keeps on telling everyone incorrect info.

I don't normally leave reviews about drug stores, but I feel compelled to share what happened during my recent visit to this store. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted or acknowledged by any staff. I wandered the store for several minutes trying to find what I needed, and not a single employee offered help. Again normally this isn't something I feel compelled to write about, however, as I was coming out of the Randalls close by still looking for the item I wanted I was stopped by a very polite officer and told that this location called the police on me and told him that I stole from the store. I had done nothing suspicious, just walked in hoping to make a purchase like any regular customer. The situation was handled unprofessionally and with zero tact or courtesy. As I was waiting for them to check the cameras the sensor went off for someone else that they didn't even check. I left feeling disrespected and targeted. I won't be returning, and I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff on how to treat customers with basic decency. Edit: A man named Rami called me at 7:44pm. He said he saw my review and was calling to apologize. I was going to record the call for my own records as the service from everyone except corporate today (and the officer) has been exceptionally terrible and pretty racist but he hung up in my face. When I called back to continue the call he was "no longer available" but the shift manager apologized on his behalf for what I endured today. I ended up calling corporate AGAIN because this location has dropped the ball several times and they're half hearted in the way they seek to rectify their actions. read more

I basically spent $5 on a bottle of water. I paid with a $5 bill and was given $3.51 back, all in quarters. No one asked, no explanation, just dumped a handful of coins on me. It's ridiculous that a major chain like Walgreens wouldn't have small bills available or the decency to ask before giving someone 14 quarters as change. Completely unprofessional and inconvenient. read more

Gone are the days of people working in healthcare who actually care, and this Walgreens is no exception. Hands down the worst pharmacy in the area. This is the 3rd time they've "forgotten" to fill my prescription, even though I've received a message stating it's ready. And good-luck calling, they don't answer their phone...there will perpetually be one caller ahead of you, for 15+ minutes. The drive-through isn't any better. They'll close the curtains even during open hours and ignore drivers. I'm planning to move my prescriptions to a local compounding pharmacy! read more

This is for the pharmacy. Long hold times (30+ minutes almost every time). Today they shorted my prescription 4 pills. The pharmacist gave me a bunch of excuses about being short-staffed, and she thinks the machine that fills the prescription is to blame, blah blah blah. How do they get away with being so bad? The owner clearly does not care. Nothing but 1-star reviews going back years. I won't be back. read more

Service at the pharmacy has drastically changed over the past 3 month. Prescriptions that are on auto refill come from main location and always on time. But prescriptions that we request to be refilled the web-site or over the phone are not refilled until I come to the pharmacy in person to request refills, but that doesn't guarantee that anyone at this location will actually pay attention and will order medication or fill it. My last 2 prescriptions were on hold for 2 weeks way over past due refill request, it took multiple trips to Walgreens to remind staff to get my meds ready. Still waiting for one of my meds to be ready. Unacceptable service. read more

Amanda is awesome. There are a few people that work there that have really bad attitudes. I think I would have a bad attitude if I had to deal with all the callers and bitching all day as well though. However, they have a few gems in there and Amanda is one of them. Long wait times on the phone. 30 plus minutes. Then when your turn comes up, you get hung up on. To call back and wait another 30 minutes. They should probably hire another person just to answer phones if it's that bad, or change management to change the bad attitudes of the people intentionally not answering the phones. Worst service on phone and in person. If you call, you wait a minimum of 30 minutes. Very rude on phone and at drive up. They show no respect for the customer and act inconvenienced. Prescription is NEVER ready on time! Do not recommend this pharmacy! I will not be using this pharmacy again! read more

I called this morning to make sure my 3 scripts were ready. I was told yes - pick up after 12:00 noon. I get here at 5:00 and was told that only one was ready and to wait in parking lot another 15-20 minutes. I said - so it makes no difference if you call ahead? The girl got mad when I asked for my ID and credit card back. Like I am gonna to leave that there with them? I may never see my ID gain! They need to up their business plan! Ugh!!! read more

Christopher, a manager, was so awesome, helpful, kind and friendly when I had a lost and found issue. Also, I get great service from the pharmacy, too. It's always busy and they manage it! I am a self pay and they help me find the lowest cost. It's a great store!!! read more

This Walgreens takes forever. They never answer their phones. And often do not fill meds on time.

Worst Walgreens ever. Why do they even have a drive-thru if you have to wait 30 mins in car line. Stuck, then cannot leave.

I am a 52 year old healthcare worker From Houston Texas. Two of My coworkers had an appointment to get their third vaccine, I decided to tag along and get mine as well yesterday on our lunch break, after their encouragement due to the rapid COViD spread recently. So I already filled out necessary paper work and had vaccine card and ID in hand .. only to be told appointments only due to a shortage of vaccine. So needless to say I I did not get my booster. read more

Terrible and unorganized pharmacy! They will give you a brand name drug even though your doctor has prescribed a generic one. Also, they do not text or notify you when your prescription is ready for pickup. I called and their automated phone system says my drug was ready for pickup. I drive there, and they say the drug has been returned back to the shelf. Therefore, I will need to come back when they "fill" it again. Seriously?!? What a waste of time. They were unapologetic and did not care to waste customers' time. read more

I like this Walgreen's. Convenient location & always clean. The aisles are uncluttered & merchandise easy to find. Very friendly staff. And you know why they get 4 stars? Cuz they carry chewy Sweet Tarts which for some reason are hard to find in my neighborhood. And they sell cigarettes. read more

Dear Walgreen, You suck! Ordered photo booklet at home for store pickup, at 2;00pm (, 1 hour delivery per Walgreens website). Arrived at store for pickup and the guy is telling me Oh No , it will take few hours, he blames another guy and also being short handed or whatever . After arguing with him, he said come n pick it up at 5. I had to wait two hours here in parking lot, keep getting text messages that says order is ready but it wasn't ready. read more

Rude, incompetent pharmacy. Poorly managed. Was treated so egregiously in drive through that I pulled around to go into store. Manager was there but never came out. I called corporate to report the incident and gave detailed report. Never heard back or had any follow up. Scary that these people have my personal information. No accountability at this Walgreens. Switched to a different Walgreens but only because my insurance requires me to use Walgreens. read more

I have to say that I feel so blessed that Joseph Jett was working the counter when I checked out at this Walgreens today. We are in hectic times but his attitude lifted me up. I am amazed that a few minutes with a person can remind you about how good we can be to each other. I'm amazed that this can happen in just a few minutes at a Walgreens! One of the worst pharmacies I have come to. I brought my elderly mother for her first shingles vaccine and they told us that they were giving us in-network pricing. Paid $168 for the first vaccine. Later I took my mother to CVS for her 2nd vaccine and her copay was only $59. I called her insurance and they told me Walgreens was not in-network and that is why we paid so much at Walgreens. I think it's very dishonest and unethical for Walgreens to say that they are in-network when they are not. I'm very unsatisfied with their service and would not recommend for anyone to go here! read more

Do not use this location for drop off photo services. I dropped my camera off on 4/12 and was told by signs, the cashier, and the photo claim ticket that they'd be ready 4/19. I show up on 4/19 and they are "processing" and won't be ready for another week. Fine. I was lied to. I'll be back. Return 4/27 for my photos and it's now been two weeks. Still "processing". The manager gets the brilliant idea of looking at the log to see when they were sent and they didn't leave the facility until 4/18, which means the camera was sitting in their possession for a week and I was never informed. Had I known I would have to wait three weeks for my photos, I would have gone somewhere else to start with. Train your people to get all the facts before making a promise. Tell them not to say "you never should have gotten (a photo claim ticket)" because it doesn't matter what should have happened. Only what is going to happen next. I asked what was going to be done about the lies during two different interactions and was told nothing because it's not their fault. No acceptance of responsibility. No restitution for having two wait two weeks longer than multiple promises. No notification that it was going to sit around for a week doing nothing. Go somewhere else. read more

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR PHARMACY NEEDS! When I moved to Houston from Michigan, I chose this location as my new pharmacy as it's close to my home. As someone who takes medication every day, quality pharmacy service is important to me. Unfortunately, I've had nothing but problems with the employees here. I'm not sure who is in charge, but it really is ridiculous. I've had multiple irritating experiences but two in particular take the cake in regards to poor service. The first time I filled my birth control prescription, I requested a specific brand due to bad symptoms associated with other brands I had used in the past. When I got there, they had filled the script with the wrong brand, and when I brought this to their attention one of the pharmacists scoffed and was extremely annoyed that I was forcing them to change the prescription. When I came back the next day to get the correct brand, they had filled it with ANOTHER incorrect brand. When I brought this to their attention again, they were annoyed because "they had to order it." I'm sorry, but I specified that the brand mattered the first time. My health is important to me and I frankly don't care that they were inconvenienced. They'd save themselves time if they were organized and filled it correctly the first time. Even now I continually have to call them to fix the brand every time they fill that prescription. Even worse, I recently had skin issues cut off from my foot. To solve them, I was to apply a prescription to the area so it wouldn't come back. My physicians office accidentally sent the wrong birth date, so the prescription was rejected by my insurance. When I asked the Walgreens pharmacist why, he simply said "because it doesn't. It'll be $250." So I spent the better part of my work day calling around to my doctor and insurance company to resolve the issue. They also told me it'd be ready by 6. I went to pick it up at 8:30 and waited another 25 minutes for them to get it together. Harem works often. He is a nice guy but really struggles doing anything. I know when he's working it will take twice as long as it should. Frankly, every time I fill a prescription it's a hot mess. Take your business elsewhere. read more

They always have my photos printed in less than an hour! It's clean, bright, and quick. I love this location!

This pharmacy is right next to the Texas Children's Urgent Care. Our prescription was called in at 930 and we had it by 945. Great service. A special relief when worried about your child. read more

Pharmacy just made me leave house during quarantine for nothing. I called before leaving my house because i didnt want to risk my life if needed during quarantine to verify if my insurance covered a med and how much. Over the phone they said it was 160 when i got there in person it was over 700. I cant afford that. I asked for a manager to explain the gap in information and she lied to my face. Instead of admitting the mistake the manager said she just happened to be standing next to the person i talked to hours ago and just happened to remember the exact person med and cost. Lies, if she was actually listening in she would have known I verified 160 multiple times when i called. I do not believe i will be returning to this walgreens due to the manager being so rude and lying yo my face. Inexcusable behavior. She should be fired read more

You know why folks come to review places right? Often time it is to complain how bad the services are and how they dislike this and that!! Then don't come back dude. Just like i was in drive thru the other day, an Ahole could not seem to understand his cost and was accusing the people in the pharmacy giving him an inaccurate pricing and how they made him come out in this exposure of COVID. First off, you made the decision to drive out. Have you stop and thought for a second, hey, these folks are frontlines. We should be appreciative for them being here. Secondly, treat others how you want to be treated as taught by our old folks. Just my luck, I happened to pull up to this pharmacy today, and long behold, the guy whom cursed up the storm and threaten he will never return has returned complaining about his refills. This pharmacy has the most incompetent people working there. My doctor sent in a prescription for me and they didn't recognize the name, so they just assumed it was the same thing as one of my old prescriptions. That old prescription was something I had to stop taking because I had a bad reaction to it. read more

Pharmacy and staff always very helpful. I have never had an issue with their service. Always nice and do their best to provide quick service even in crazy peak hours while still having a smile. I don't know how anyone could write a review and give them 1 star... Probably upset your doctor wouldn't give you more pills. Not anyone else's fault by the way. There is no customer service. Routinely my doctor would send in a script and they would say it would be ready in 1 hour or x amount of time. When I show up, the prescription is almost never ready and they make me wait another 15 min to 30 min. Today they gave me a med that I didn't need any more and they wouldn't take it back even though it was picked up the same day and unopened. The techs can barely make eye contacts with you, there is no greeting or smiling. I use this place because I live right around the corner but every time this Pharmacy makes me furious with its poor customer service.
