Very slow service, I even got the eye-roll, TWICE, at the drive through..... DON'T USE THEM IF YOU NEED MEDS IMMEDIATELY Besides being very slow, they want to increase the amount of pills in some of the prescriptions and seek the authorization of the Dr., who prescribed the exact amount of pills for a reason, so they will not get it. In the meantime it sits in the queue and no one looks at it.... It just will not get filled. My Dr. prescribed meds and put STAT on it, they still don't care and get to when they get to it. Looking for a new pharmacy, preferably an independent vs. a chain. I jumped ship long time ago from CVS since they are equally bad. read more

"This Walgreens used to be pretty good when I moved to the neighborhood in 2009, but over the past few years, the service has significantly declined, and the employees have become increasingly rude. I can't help but wonder--has there been a change in management? Is anyone holding the staff accountable? Last night, I visited the pharmacy drive-thru, and when I pulled up, I pressed the call button but received no response. Thinking I might not have pressed it hard enough, I tried again. The employee responded with a rude tone, saying she was working alone and told me not to press the button. I explained why I had pressed it, but she curtly informed me that she knew I was there because a buzzer goes off when someone pulls up. She then decided to serve the customer who arrived after me, seemingly just to put me in my place. When my prescription was finally ready, she sent it through the carrier with no acknowledgment--no 'thank you,' just pure attitude." I just had the ugliest experience at this location. Which so weird, because their workers are so friendly but today was NOT the case. I stopped by to buy a gift card and paid with a credit card, i was not aware that it was not allowed. I also bought a beer, the employee stepped back as I believe she was underaged and the manager stepped in to take over. Which being check out the other younger employee ASSUMED I spoke no Spanish and badmouthed me. I had the pleasure of responding in Spanish to her surprise. When exiting I let her know that as an employee she should not be mouthing off to customer. Her response was "I don't care, I'm not scared" . I told her I never said to be scared but to be respectful. I told the manager it was her employee and her duty was to correct her but she just made a face. She should have been corrected or written up. The manager was friends with her and not only spoke about me but other employees. read more

I called way before "lunchtime" it kept saying "there are two callers ahead of you" stayed on phone for over 40 mins then the wait music goes off and it sounded like someone picked up and hung up on me. I call back and they are in lunch break?!?? At least pick up and say "sorry but we will call you back after our lunch" or something! This is why I switched to CVS years ago but unfortunately my new insurance only deals with Walgreens. read more

I hate to write this but i am tired of the guy who works there evening shifs and for the second time he almost kicked me out. he isVERY rude every single time i go there and you better not asking for anything because you can tell you botheri him. Hedefinitely should not work for any custome services. They close at 11pm i walked in at 10.45, 3 min later he came and said "Are You Done?? We closing " i just went there for cat food. Then he came back at 10.53 " Are you coming " ? i was the only one in the store btw! super rude and its bee a few time. I checked out at 10.54!! if the hours are until 11pm doors close at 11pm not 10.50 and forcing one customer out!! First and last time I stopped here today. Rude incompetent worker who flat out IGNORE their customers. No wonder there is never anyone in here. Went to drop of a FEDEX PACKAGE where it told me to go and the Asian woman was a flat out B after the bigger woman ignored me. I'm sorry it's Monday you have to work but maybe don't take it out on the one and only customer in the store. If I were you I would find another store to go to where YOU actually get help. So I went to Walmart and returned my package hassle free. The pharmacy is very rude , I was 5 hours before going that my prescription will be filled . Then I decided to call by time my 5th hour .... I stayed on hold so long they disconnected me . So I actually decided hey I'll just go up there , it should be filled because its been over the time the pharmacist stated . I waited in line for 20 min just to find out they don't have it and my eye is completely closed and its 2:30 in the afternoon now !!! Whyyyy after 5 hours I waited and waited on they dont have the medicine at all . She told me the earliest they may have it is Wednesday Afternoon or Next Thursday . Like why would I go to doctor just to have to wait a week !? My husband is still waiting on his medication to be filled as well but I will switch his as well to someone who actually gives a shit and keeps COUNT OF THEY Inventory !!!!!! The pharmacist had me transfer my prescription and told me it was in stock at 12:35pm, I came to pick it up the next day at 1:00pm only to be told it was out of stock. After talking with the pharmacy manager it is clear she thinks she can belittle people and is a racist! Avoid this pharmacy, many options elsewhere!!! read more

Convenience stores have their purpose and Walgreens fits the bill sometimes! A quick grab and go is always welcome in my world--especially on a hot summer day. My intention was to grab a much desired, but hard to find candy bar called Whatchamacallit (it's my all time favorite candy). I decided to pay the over the dollar price to satisfy my sweet tooth, but since the line inside was pretty long, I decided to peruse the weekly ad for any other deals. To my surprise, there was a coupon for Hershey bars 59 cents each, limit 3. Didn't know if there were any exceptions, so I took two bars to the counter hoping that it was my lucky day. Sure enough the coupon worked and my sweet tooth definitely enjoyed it. Overall, Walgreens is okay. You may find what you need, but will pay dearly for it. I only wish that those paper coupons were digital. They do have a reward program now, so why not infuse the two together?????? I was just fortunate that what I needed was on sale this time around. read more

After spending a cumulative 2 hours in the store and 2 trips, I left without my medicine again, because their computer system couldn't communicate w/ the insurance computer system because of the rain. Very frustrating to have a family member in pain, and see the medicine they need behind a sheet of plastic glass and to be able to get it. read more

I showed up a few minutes early to my 12:45 covid shot appointment and when I walked in there was a very long line which i had no problem waiting in, after standing in line for about 20 minutes I finally am able to check in for my appointment but by then it was almost 1pm and the girl at the pharmacy proceeded to tell me that I was too late for my appointment and that i would have to come back later because they don't do shots between 1-2. I tried to tell her that I was on time for my appointment and that it's not my fault they can't get through a long line fast enough and that it's unfair to me to have to come back after i went through the entire process of making the appointment, the girl just rolled her eyes at me and told me to come back later. She was extremely rude!!! They could've at least told me sooner so i didn't waste my time in line, i work full time and don't have time to just "come back later" I will never be returning to this Walgreens and I hope that girl gets more training so other customers don't have to go through the same thing I did. read more

This walgreens has very friendly pharmacy staff and they seem to have close personal ties with all lf their customers. They knew some people on a first name basis. My medicine was ready five minutes after handing my papers to them and the flu shot was administered quickly and painlessly. The fast friendly service I received here is the reason I will be driving the extra distance to use this expert pharmacy. read more
