When I arrived all of the young ladies were very helpful and knowledgeable about a lot of the products. This store is huge, well stocked, clean, and has everything from sandals to wigs. The prices were either normal or cheaper than most beauty supply stores. I noticed my edge control that I get at my normal beauty supply store was 2 dollars more than at UBS8 and my nose ring was also a dollar cheaper here. I will definitely be coming back. Ps. She spoke with a manager and came back basically saying there was nothing she could do. I asked two other stylists if anyone else was available, and both said no without asking what the issue was or offering help. When I went to the front to pay, the manager was very kind and went to check with the stylists again. She returned with ALONA, one of the stylists I had spoken to earlier. ALONA was extremely rude and had the worst customer service. She insisted that what I wanted was a silk press, not a blowout. I explained that I knew exactly what I wanted, and it was a blowout. ALONA continued going back and forth with me, speaking in a belittling tone, as she is much much older than I am, claiming a blowout couldn't be done on my hair even though I've had it done many times before. She still demanded I pay for the wash, even though it was part of a service that was never completed due to a stylist's lack of expertise. As a frequent visitor, Alona's attitude and lack of professionalism may keep me from ever returning.

CVS seem to have a vague record of it in the system but it wasn't there. I went back to H-E-B and they said yes it was sent to CVS but they got it back via phone call . This prescription was never previously at cvs and i never switched to this CVS. I asked my doctor and they said they have zero record of anything to CVS on my behalf. I know I didn't ask for it to be sent away (why would I do that) and I trust that my doctor didn't because they have records i've never once mentioned CVS to my doctor. I can only surmise that H-E-B transferred it.

This is a review for automotive department…read more Husband first started day at Webster Costco. Was quoted a price for certain tires but then they didn't have in stock., but Humble did, so he made appointment and drove to Humble. When he got there, they began install quickly. When he was called up to pay, price had now increased $23 per tire. After questioning why the increase, Ivan (salesman) rudely said " we can stop the work right now" and walked away to bay. He eventually came back and said " are we finishing the job or not?" In disbelief of horrible customer service and already using half the day, my husband agreed to pay..., then, only to learn they don't accept credit cards? Really? No signs anywhere...The store does.... Now, husband sees them throw spare tire in back of truck, and they won't put it back under truck where it belongs... Manager, Frank, says they tried but it didn't work, and they don't have time to figure it out. I'm blown away about the lack of customer service and pricing, since ultimately, he paid $75 more per tire compared to Discount Tire. Ridiculous!!!!!! Do not go to Humble Costco for automotive services!
