if you have this store as your pharmacy, your life will be a lot easier if you switch to a different pharmacy, im on a controlled medication and literally every time i go to get it filled there is some sort of issue and whats worse half of the pharmacy staff have incredibly thick accents that make it difficult to understand whats being said furthermore, its constantly understaffed and you may even get the wrong medication if i could rate zero stars i would and they also get reviews removed aswell read more

Showed up at 7 PM to pick up my prescription. Pharmacy closes at 9 PM according to everywhere I could find. Walked inside to find all of the windows at the counter shut with a sign that just says "sorry we're closed, go to another store". It's always a nightmare trying to call and get something figured out. It takes 30-60 mins waiting for someone to actually take your call, and then I get put on hold and then hung up on. I ended up driving to the store while calling back and waiting for someone to pick up. When i got there asked why it's an hour long wait on the phone for someone to answer but no one working behind the pharmacy counter was on the phone. They said, oh I don't know, we never hear the phone ringing. This has happened 3 times to me in the last 3 months. When the lady on the phone was rude and trying to talk over me and telling me to call the other Walgreens and then puts me on hold again and hangs up on me. read more

I've had a lot of issues getting my medicine here for the past couple months. I haven't been able to get my mental health medication for the past week due to them messing up. I tried getting it yesterday but they were closed even though the listed hours said they were open. I went today and the entire store was closed due to their system being down. They need to either hire ppl or limit the amount of appointments per day people come and get tested for COVID. It's two hours past my appointment and I still have two cars ahead of me. This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been too the pharmacist is completely unprofessional and doesn't care for his customers health conditions. My medication was ready for 3 days and when I went to pick it up they said that it was a system error and they don't have my medication. This has got to be one of the worst Walgreens on the planet. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!! I go and drop off or pick up a prescription it take close to an hour or maybe even a little more to be attended. They also mix up my account information and never seem to keep updated with my information EVEN after i tell them so many times about my information. Don't even waste your time here what so ever. It is a 24 hour location which is convenient. The store is clean and staff is generally friendly. Sometimes there is a long wait to check out at the front counter. I have had scripts filled here and the drive thru pharmacy is always friendly. read more

This review is mainly on my experience in the store's pharmacy. The store itself is always clean and organized like you would expect from any Walgreens. The employees range from very nice to "ehhh ok". Guess that depends on the day and time you go. However, I had my first encounter with the pharmacy, and they exceeded my expectations. I was helped by a pharmacist named Alexandra, and she was extremely professional and sweet making the experience actually pleasant. This is slowly becoming a rare thing as more crappy employees are being hired in the health care field. She seemed pretty busy handling both myself and the drive thru, yet kept her composure, care, and professionalism. I came in for a flu shot, and was in and out within 15 mins. Staff there are very helpful and really nice. Love Walgreens and it's definitely my go to store when I need some stuff.

This is the most disorganized, slipshod pharmacy I have ever seen. Every time I go there it's a 10-20 minute ordeal just to get meds...walk-in or drive through doesn't matter, it takes too long. Getting them to communicate with the Dr's office takes several phone calls. They've lost prescriptions multiple times. Same meds are a different price almost every time. I've never seen the same person there twice. Between the long waits and waiting for them to get it right, it usually takes 2 or 3 trips there before I get my scripts. When I call I can never find anyone that knows what's going on...it's just total confusion. The ironic thing is that most of these things have just begun in the last couple of months. I've been going there for years and other than the long waits and different people every time, they used to be reliable. I'm moving my business elsewhere. To be fair my problems are limited to the pharmacy...the rest of the store has never been a problem. read more
