When a doctor calls in a prescription, the pharmacist has no right to deny it. Give me a break. When did a pharmacist have more education and knowledge than a doctor about their patients and the medication they are taking. Never again. read more

If you like a hassle any time you're trying to refill a prescription, this is the pharmacy for you. Meds out of stock? You bet, at least 50% of the time. Call to refill a prescription 5 mins after open? That'll be a six hour wait. Not to mention, if you're prescribed a controlled substance, and you just to happen to have had multiple prescribers in the past, you'll need to constantly make sure they're only filling scripts from your current provider, because it seems as though they don't really read, they just click buttons, and if they screw up (Spoiler, they will), your doc might accuse you of being a junky after he gets a phone call from the DEA. 0/10, would not recommend. Go anywhere else. read more

Definitely not interested in customer service just in making excuses about why it takes 5 hours to fill prescriptions. I have to go to Walgreens because of the insurance I have through my employer. I guess because I can't go elsewhere Walgreens doesn't feel like they need to provide quality customer service. This is the Walgreens at 3608 South Lafountain in Kokomo. I will be seeing if their are other locations that actually provide customer service. To top it off after I told the tech I was going out of town and needed my prescriptions she basically said too bad, we're going to lunch and we have other customers to take care of...then says in a cocky manner "have a nice trip." Hard to do without your prescribed medications. read more

Just today I went in there to buy my cigarettes and the price on the big placard that was easily seen was a dollar cheaper than what they charged and when I asked about it the girl said oh management never takes anything down here all while the manager was sitting there stocking stuff and when I asked him about it he said too bad. Well there's a thing called false advertising in the state of Indiana and this place is the worst and their owner who also owns other stores does the same thing all the other stores

I typically hadn't had any issues with CVS and enjoy doing business with them on Markland Ave. and the other location on Sycamore but the E. The stylist assessed my hair and said that since I wasn't getting my hair lifted the Malibu treatment was unnecessary and immediately began coloring my hair. I wasn't super impressed by this as I wanted the Malibu and had already booked it. I have super hard water in my house and really wanted a good stripping to lay a good base for my color. I asked for a medium brown with some blonde melted into it from mid-shaft to ends. I got an almost black allover color with almost no dimension. I wanted almost a butterfly cut and I didn't receive that either. The cut was choppy and hasty. I really liked my stylist and wish she had really listened to what I wanted and taken more time to achieve the results I asked for. I'm not sure that I'll be back. Maybe with a different stylist because I felt comfortable in the salon and liked the camaraderie of the stylists and how they all chatted. The vibes were good. I'm on the fence about Fade.
