I went to get 2 picture photo for Italian passport, and were ready in 15 minutes. The Italian passport pictures sizes are slightly smaller. When I looked at them the pictures were in one sheet uncut. I asked if he could cut them to sizes, but he said that they only cut US passport to sizes. It would have been nice if he told me before hand. Needless to say, when I went to Italy I went to a photographer and the lady there she cut them in sizes for free. read more

This store deserves NEGATIVE ZERO STARS for their customer service. On Tuesday June 4th I visited this store around 6pm with my certified ADA service animal to purchase neeeded supplies post surgery. My service animal had his service vest clearly displayed as well as his ID tags, he was leashed and in no manner during my time shopping was he disruptive or posing any threat to anyone in the store. At the time of checkout, the associate Denise, whom later identified herself as the store manager told me "Just so you know, your animal cannot come in here" this was in direct in reference to my service animal. I then asked her for clarification as I stated "He's a service animal, what do you mean?" The associate Denise then proceeded to argue with me which escalated the situation. Denise then stated to me that she would not provide any service to me as she knew the Washington State Laws and it was within her right to tell me that my service animal cannot be in the store or provide services. However, at no point did Denise ask me the ADA guideline questions such as if my animal was an ADA certified service animal or what task he is trained for. Instead, she had asked me to leave after I specifically requested to speak to a store manager. At that point, Denise stated "I am the Store Manager and you need to leave". After this, I told her I was going to file a corporate complaint as she clearly violated the Disability Act (ADA) laws, with no grounds. Denise then left to print out the ADA guidelines. She then handed it to my sister and told her "she (in reference to me) needs to read the ADA guidelines and learn what the law says before she decides to file a complaint to corporate". As a United States disabled Veteran with a disability and requiring a service animal, I'm appalled at the thought that this associate/ manager is treating anyone who may have a disability requiring a certified ADA service animal in this same manner. The pharmacy...seems like a lot of people has had issues with the pharmacy. There's one older lady there that is horribly mean. When I was pregnant I had one of my prescriptions sent there. Waited 30 minutes and she belittled me because I didn't have a prescription card. I never knew what that was because I've never had to use one before. But she was so freaking rude about it. She told me to leave, call my insurance, and go back in line. Seriously the biggest b***h I've ever encountered while shopping/picking up something. I started crying because I was so mad she was so mean lol (pregnancy hormones too) I hope Walgreens does something about her cus she was absolutely awful read more

Just for the record, this is my first time feeling compelled to leave a negative review. I'd rather stop giving a place my business than hurt their rating online since these reviews can overshadow the good people and parts of the business. With that said, I REALLY wanted to like this location since it's conveniently located by my work but it's the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. The employees are very unpleasant (with the exception of 1 or 2) and don't get me started on the pharmacy. Prepare to spend a lot of time at the pharmacy window or on the phone with them. I understand that there's a lot of moving parts when it comes to picking up/dropping off medication and it isn't always their fault but after the long wait, being greeted by impatient & rude staff is just icing on the cake. If you call, it's not rare for them to leave you on hold until you're tired of waiting and hang up. I had hoped that I was just catching people on bad days but NOPE, it took 4 years of giving them the benefit of the doubt for me to finally realize that it's a problem with this store. I just tried to get a flu shot at the pharmacy at this store. The woman that (tried) to help us was so rude I couldn't believe it! She has no right talking to a customer the way she did. I wish I had gotten her name because this person deserves to lose her job. I'm sorry that she is so busy, but that's her job. Poor customer service at this branch. I went to pick up a new prescription. The pharmacist read the instructions to me. It was hard to hear clearly because of the window barrier between us. I walked away and pulled out the printed label and noticed it was missing a key piece of information: how many times a day to take the medicine. It just said every day. I went back to the pharmacist and pointed it out. Instead of an apology for the error they had made on the printed label, she got defensive and said she had told me. I said but the label is not accurate. Customers usually go by the instructions on the printed label. They don't always remember verbal information once they get home. I'd not recommend this branch and am considering switching my pharmacy too." read more

B) I ordered my photos less than an hour ago & they were printed C) Although they were short staffed, the nicest young girl with long, curly black hair was as pleasant as she could be as she ran back & forth from the front register to the photo desk. She welcomed customers, apologized for the wait & smiled the entire time. You made my day! However, I do hope she gets the kudos she deserves by way of pay & promotion & I hope they get more help in there, so a good employee like her is not burnt out. read more

Why do the horrible reviews date back over three years, and STILL nothing has changed about this pharmacy? The way the pharmacy staff treats customers is awful, and quite frankly: embarrassing. No one wants to be waiting in line for medication any more than you want to be doing your job. I highly recommend the staff find another career path if they're so miserable here. read more

I called right away in the morning to fill a prescription - the lady was super nice and said it would be ready in 2 hours. Once I got to the drive thru (12:30ish) I waited 23 minutes for the pharmacy to help 2 customers before me. As soon as I got to the window they said my prescription wasn't ready and I would need to drive around the building to get back in line. There were 6 people behind me - I also know they close down for lunch from 1:30-2. I said no, I wasn't going to (the rx literally is a pack of birth control pills that would take a max of 3 minutes to fill). I said I would wait. Then an old short, heavy set redhead came to the window and threatened me they would call the cops (LOL). I ended up leaving because the staff was unreasonable and incredibly rude. I could see getting back in line if they were trying to work through customers quick but I was not getting back in line when it took 23 minutes to help 2 people ahead of me and they were shutting down for lunch. I will never spend another dime at Walgreens and I'll make sure everyone I know doesn't either. read more

While in Lacey, I had to put together a DVD of photos quickly for a funeral. Walgreens came recommended, and I was glad to see there was one down the street from my hotel. I called in advance of going, to make sure what I had heard was right, that I could make a DVD with pictures that I had hard copies of only; I had heard right! When I arrived in the photo area, I was greeted by the same photo technician that I had talked on the phone with. She made sure I was set up to put together my DVD (a tedious process), and kept coming to check on my throughout the time I was there. As I came the end of my photos, it was time for this staff member to go off shift, but she introduced me to her replacement and made sure she had the details of my order straight. When I was finished inputting the photos, my DVD was ready within 10 minutes. The next day, as I got ready for the funeral, I could not find my original photographs anywhere! I was in a near panic when I finally called Walgreens, where they told me that yes, they did have my pictures. They had tried to call me the day before, but couldn't reach me (two digits of my phone number were transposed). I went to pick them up, and the original technician from the day before had them right up front for me, and apologized for not being able to get ahold of me. I was impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and quick work of the employees at this Walgreens! They made a difficult time much easier to deal with, and I will always be grateful for that. read more

Don't go here to Canadian passport photos. First time my mom went in they didn't put the store information on the back as required. The second time they got the information on the back but they didn't catch her mouth was slightly open. She only found out after spending a lot of money to mail the application in. Now she has one day to resend new photos or risk having to redo the entire application process. She went back in and they cut the photos the wrong size AND charged her. They reprinted them but would not cut them for her. Find anywhere else to get a CA passport photo. read more

Terrible pharmacy! I've been by this one a couple times and each time I spend at least 30 minutes just waiting for someone to come up to the window! It's 30+ minutes if there's car's in front! One of the ladies that came up had absolutely no idea what she was doing, and the other lady kept assisting the people in the store instead of checking the window once in a short while! There was 3 other cars behind me and 2 cars left because they got tired of waiting! There needs to be either a second person working the window or just better coordination on checking both the desk and the window! Absolutely dissatisfied with each visit! I used to go to the Edgewood walgreens and even with 5 cars in line it would take less time to get everyone's prescription's figured out! read more

I've been here a couple times to get prescriptions. The first time was for my son. It took awhile to get his prescription, but the front desk staff was super nice and professional. Today, I went in to get my prescription and my doctor's staff sent it to the wrong Walgreens. The lady at front desk at Walgreens was very nice and helpful to get the prescription transferred over. Also, my doctor messed up my prescription so they had to call her to clarify, but the pharmacist was helpful getting that taken care of. It was a very long wait (40 minutes), but I don't feel it was all their fault. read more

I've been a customer of both CVS and Walgreens. After moving from florida, I switched to Walgreens since there weren't any CVS pharmacies in the area, and I've never been happier. The staff at this Walgreens are always helpful, including the pharmacist and the (manager I think) who often runs over to photo to help me print photos on the spot! My prescriptions sent by my doctor are ready within an hour. I've had to transfer prescriptions here and had no hassle. Overall extremely pleased with this Walgreens. read more

Most staff is either rude or clueless. It took me a week to get them to refill my medication on the phone - they were too confused in their system. When I was finally told it was ready to pick up, I waited 30 mins in a drive through only to be told to come back the next day. The next day in a drive through I had to wait 30 mins more to pick up my prescription. They never checked for ID there and gave me someone else's prescription instead - completely different medication, for a different person, same last name but everything else different. Charged me for it. I returned it immediately. It took them another 40 minutes to refund me the charge and refill actually my medication. No apology was offered. Staff acted like broken robots: the older lady acted bossy and rude, the rest of the staff acted submissively clueless, passive aggressive behavior. Thanks for wasting my time! Soviet bureaucrats were more polite and worked better than this pharmacy. And I don't mean that soviet bureaucrats were smart or had any decency, far from it. But this pharmacy managed to beat even soviet standard. Welcome to socialist utopia of WA state where there is no professionalism, no decency anymore but mediocrity runs the show. read more

okay, all Walgreens are kinda creepy and depressing. This one is no worse than others, and better than some. They have lots of cheap stuff, as in it will fall apart in about two days. I love this Walgreens and have been going to it since I have lived here. so about 18 plus yrs and I've only had one negative encounter since I've been going there and that person doesn't work there anymore. I have no complaints about the store. all the staff are super nice and the pharmacy is way better than Rite Aid. I've absolutely had no problems at the pharmacy, I know wait times can be a bit long at times but if you use the drive-up option that's your problem they work as fast as they can. Get out and walk your butt inside and you might get done quicker. And its nice to see the employees that have been there for a while who always say hello. read more

First let's start with the one downside.. Everything is extremely over priced. However, I just came here today for the sole reason of developing pictures from my phone. The computer was slow (but I also had a lot of photos) and for some reason it wouldn't let me choose a few photos I really wanted for awhile. But, I believe his name was josh? Was very nice and helpful. Took me over a hour to finally finish this project, but they were developed and ready 30min after. The store was fairly clean and the helpful person was great! read more

We have been using this Walgreens for 5 years now and wouldn't change if there was one closer to us as the pharmacy gals are TOP RATE! My private insurance company is a PITA and they have always managed to get them to get my meds approved right away.
