Although she offered me a discount to take the hair home and redo them myself, i found the hair really expensive. 2) the price for the clip in hair was expensive for a quote unquote "human hair". The hair was not human hair in the least. It shredded and shedded like crazy. It was literally all over the place, anywhere i went or sat down. It was a cheap synthetic weave on hair. 3) the hair was from sew in hair, hand made by someone. You could literally see all the imperfections, from the folded ends to 4) the hair was not clipped together, they literally free fell from the bag when i opened them. I initially thought that it was just the one bag she opened in the store that had that issue, but nope, when i got home, i realized that it was all of it. Which was disappointing. It was a weave on, manually converted into clip ins, and the clip ins were on backwards. And i could tell how nervous she was to sell them to me. But she did it anyways. Also, the owner tries to get you to buy everything else she sells. Everything. Seriously, I went in there asking for a red-ish wig, she didn't have it, but offered me a brown wig, a blond wig, red braiding hair, everything else. There are no refunds or store credits. I had an incident with them recently where they offered 10% off my purchases and only applied it to the cheaper products, so make sure you check your receipt! Also keep it mind that all sales are FINAL. There is only one lady here that's very helpful with making purchases. If you decide to shop here, I recommend not buying on the spot but research their recommendations first because some of them are not as in depth in knowledge.
