I like the store and I can walk there! Don't care for the pharmacy or pharmacist there, but I like what they sell and the associates in the store. read more

The pharmacy right now is horrendous. I've been calling all week just to get a status update on a prescription that's been sitting in an "In progress" state for 2 weeks. At no point throughout this week was I able to get anyone on the phone after about 2-3 hours of sitting on hold total. The phone queue automatically hangs up on you after 30 minutes. I had to drive there today and sit in the drive-thru line. While I was there 3 other cars in front of me just left out of frustration because of the wait. So about 3ish hours total of wait time to have a 2-minute conversation to remove whatever self-imposed hold they put on the prescription. read more

I have been a long time customer of this location simply out of convenience but this place is horribly managed. Came to buy my 4 year old and 1 year old a Christmas present I saw online. Their website has the item listed for $12. In store they are $20. They tell me they can't price match THEIR OWN WEBSITE. What? That's the dumbest rule I've ever heard. I speak with the manager and he tells me HE CANT CHANGE PRICES. BULLSHIT- you are a MANAGER. I've worked in retail, and managers can change whatever price they want! So instead of apologizing that they have this dumb rule and offering me like idk, a dollar off or a coupon for next time of SOMETHING as courtesy to a frustrated customer. He tells me a boldfaced lie and WALKS AWAY. I am a polite and patient customer- I've worked in retail- I know what it's like to deal with crazy customers. But I was simply just miffed and could have easily been pleased with an apology and some kind of offer to make things right. He didn't have to price match, like I said- even if he offered like a dollar off or a coupon, just out of principle to be nice to the customer who came out of her way, at Christmastime to come in to your store with her toddler just to be let down. So instead of spending nearly $50, I spent 0. Out of principle. Do I want those toys for my kids? Yes. Do my children want them? YES. I'd rather spend full price elsewhere than deal with people who suck at their job and can't make a simple solution to a frustrated customer. read more

I came here to get my flu shot and my experience was pretty great. I want in, checked in, and waited for my shot. I think at this point before being seen for my shot, I've only waited for about 10 minutes, including filling out the required forms. This Walgreens has an adjacent room for administrating the shot. I wasn't in the room for long but the pharmacist was really personable and got me on my way fairly quickly. Great employees that work there also. I'll definitely come back for any future needs. read more

I have been a Walgreen's pharmacy customer/patient for over a decade! I am in the process of leaving, but let me tell you why---the attitude of the management staff is simply vacant. They could care less and they are politely rude. Imagine having to chase your prescriptions for a chronic disease such as heart failure. They use to be sensitive to your health needs and I am not sure what has happened. I am thoroughly disenchanted with how poorly the level of compassion is with responding to my concerns. Between my insurance and my retail purchases, I must spend well over $1,000.00 per month on average. I attempted to share my experience with Walgreen's corporate and that experience was even worse. They are truly trained to pretend to care. I was explaining how I had to chase down heart failure medication and the response was equated to the following comments: "we treat all customers the same--it doesn't matter if you're purchasing a package of gum or getting prescriptions". Really! Heart Failure and a package of gum? Can you see the similarities? Get your act together Walgreen's. Bye Bye Walgreen's. read more
