I had to confirm that she was referring to me. When I addressed the issue, she attempted to justify calling me "whoever." That is dismissive and unprofessional, especially in a healthcare setting. New systems do not replace basic customer service, courtesy, or respect. Staff should properly address patients and wear identification. Please do better.

They did not see the prescription in their system, went back just before closing and they still did not see it and seemed not to care. The prescription was for a common antibiotic and I showed them in MyChart that the doctor had input it as well as the doctor's name. No concern they would not do anything. I asked for one pill for the evening as prescribed and the problem could be resolved in the morning. No to doing that. Had it been a narcotic they certainly should not do it but no excuse for not doing it with all the information available. CVS culture is not what it use to be.

If you couldn't find everything (and they always ask as you check out) they will send someone for it or check to see if they are carrying it. I have been coming here for a while, a never had an issue with picking up meds. I needed to get a…read moreflu shot for the first time, and I have a huge fear of needles. I asked a friend to come with me for some support. I was able to make the appointment online, which was great. I was able to go in and go to the pharmacy and sign in. They only had us wait for a few minutes before it was my turn. I went back with my friend and the nurse. She asked a few questions and which arm I wanted to use. I got really scared and nervous. I do not think she was really prepared for the tears. After it was done, she left us for a few seconds and then came back in only to find that we were still in there. She was not happy and was trying to move us out. I'm not sorry that I have a challenge with needles and needed some extra time to gather myself back together. I think that there are questions, so I have a place to mention any disabilities that might make the appointment longer than others. We got all of our stuff and left the room. I was not happy that I was rushed and that she was not very understanding of the situation. Nurses are supposed to have training with this, and I think she might have missed that day. I am grateful that my friend came with me.

I went to pick up my medication around 7pm on Friday evening (the pharmacy hours on the door state that it is open until 9pm), and when I arrived, the pharmacy was closed. The cashiers up front were absolutely clueless and offered no assistance. I asked when it would open the next morning, and they told me that they weren't sure if it would even be open, even though their hours clearly stated they would be. They showed no concern whatsoever that I would not be able to get medication that I desperately needed. I returned the next morning around 11am to find that it was closed again, despite their hours clearly stating that they were open until 6pm. I immediately called another Walgreens location, and thankfully they were able to retrieve my prescription and fill it. I would advise anyone to avoid this joke of a pharmacy at all costs. They obviously don't give a damn about their customers, and not to mention, the store is dirty and sketchy. I learned my lesson, and will be using a local pharmacy from now on.

Then I finally get home and pull out my daughter's antibiotic and they did not mix it, so now I have powder antibiotics that I cannot use and I am too far away to make it back to the Pharmacy before they close. My daughter will now have to go without her first two doses of antibiotics.
