I have been coming here for a while, a never had an issue with picking up meds. I needed to get a flu shot for the first time, and I have a huge fear of needles. I asked a friend to come with me for some support. I was able to make the appointment online, which was great. I was able to go in and go to the pharmacy and sign in. They only had us wait for a few minutes before it was my turn. I went back with my friend and the nurse. She asked a few questions and which arm I wanted to use. I got really scared and nervous. I do not think she was really prepared for the tears. After it was done, she left us for a few seconds and then came back in only to find that we were still in there. She was not happy and was trying to move us out. I'm not sorry that I have a challenge with needles and needed some extra time to gather myself back together. I think that there are questions, so I have a place to mention any disabilities that might make the appointment longer than others. We got all of our stuff and left the room. I was not happy that I was rushed and that she was not very understanding of the situation. Nurses are supposed to have training with this, and I think she might have missed that day. Not sure why this location has such a low rating. I've been coming here for years and have never had any issues whatsoever. In fact, the lady at the pharmacy just fixed a price on my prescription to get it down from $85 to $25! Her name is Kirstin. The staff here are always so helpful and polite. No one ever has a bad attitude and the store itself is always clean, including the bathrooms. read more

If there were a zero I would select ,the pharmacist are plain mean and cold hearted , I was told I could pick up all 3 of my psychiatrist prescriptions when I get there I can only pick up 2 these are maintenance scrips ,and the holidays coming I lost my 23 year old daughter and helping my mom and grandaughter who list her mom they cvs gives me hard times every month about probably my main script cause it helps me with me reliving my daughters death and it also helps with seizures. Now I've gotta drive all the way back late tomorrow night just so I'll have it when we go out of town for Thanksgiving But they have no sympathy or compassion at all! They don't give a flip what a person's going through and could fill it 2 days early but no gotta wait one day early now plus drive back. My doctor is in lexington that's why I use that cvs . This is the only pharmacy that's treated me bad and once I pick it up it was thrown toward me with no thank you have a good day nothing only cause it's a great medicine for my problems and they hate it. But you never know when tragic could hit someone else like it has me so be kind and understanding towards others you never know what they are battling. I always say I'll call the pharmacy board in SC but never do. I give them the benefit but there mean to me and font say good things after pick up. But people will be traveling for Thanksgiving it would be helpful if they filled it 28 days but nope gotta wait till it's Been 29 days . They could but won't. This store is one of the best CVS I have ever visited. I was in from out of town and forgot my prescription medicine at home... So I showed up one morning at the pharmacy and they went above and beyond to help me fill a prescription on a Sunday so that I would not be without my medicine.The pharmacist and Michelle - are oh my gosh, you guys are amazing. read more

my husband went there after being told he had the flu and Covid, and was given a hour wait time at 10:30 at night. I have never had this problem ANYWHERE else. He was then told that he would have to have a pre-authorization for a medication that I know for a fact you do not need pre-authorization for.. not only that there was not a pharmacist on duty only two techs the one I believe my husband dealt with was Devon, my husband asked if he could pay out-of-pocket for the pre-authorization medication. He was told to calm down he's not in a restaurant, and that he needed to take his prescriptions and leave. in which he went directly down the street to Walgreens, where there were no pre-authorizations this medication was an narcotic cough medication. My husband is covered in tattoos all the way down to his hands, he has a long beard and I'm sure at the moment looked very sick, but judging him and thinking that the only thing he was, there was the narcotic was where they went wrong. My husband has a bachelors in business and only takes medication like that when it is absolutely necessary. He is also a veteran. I am going to do what it takes for that pharmacist to lose their job. I don't care who you are. You have no right to judge someone based on what they look like and keep medication from them illegally I might add. so I will also be calling corporate in the morning and making sure that they deal with this pharmacist directly. Can you imagine if that was a veteran going through something else and just decided to end it that night, how would that way on your conscience Devon? read more

7/7/23. 9:40pm. Came into this CVS because it's a 24 hour pharmacy. Was at the dentist getting a tooth extracted for 5 hours and I get to the pharmacy where a employee (women) was discussing with a customer that things don't expire. Finally after a 5 min conversation the man left and she decided to start typing and asked us to wait a minute. 5 mins later she finally decided to take the prescriptions. She wasn't friendly at all and didn't seem to care we were in a hurry. I asked her should I wait or come back. She said wait and I am still waiting!!! There is no one here!! 20 mins later nada!!! No one is working!! Everyone has a attitudes and why no name tags! 24 Slow as Hell pharmacy!!! You can actually die of pain before you get your pills!! CVS offers the Covid test but is unable to deliver the results. Waiting on day 13 with no results. Two calls to their asap number where they promised a call back. No call back after several days. Isnt it fraud to sell something then not deliver? read more

Dropped off my script said it would be 45 minutes. Came back someone didn't put it in the system that I would pick up 45. They said it would be another 45 to hour wait. I picked up the scripts and went to CVS redbank. read more

CVS has filled my family's prescriptions for many years. I have never had any problems, courteous service is the rule, even helped get me emergency meds when my scrip expired. Text based reminders to pick up refills is a huge convenience. Two thumbs up! read more

This store (cannot call it a pharmacy) continually fouls up prescriptions. Will tell you they have to order a drug and then will not call you and when you go back tells you it has been discontinued then another pill counter will tell you something different. Have seen numerous times when they had not done insurance correctly and charged customer when they had not submitted correctly. If you are taking more than one drug or have a couple of insurances, you will need to find a real pharmacy. This store is more in the order of a Dollar General. read more

I had the worst minuteclinic service ever. I had symptoms of a sinus infection and the nurse practitioner tested for only strep. She also asked me if I was still taking Viagra. What does Viagra have to do with my symptoms??? After that, she never have any prescriptions or any other recommendations for my symptoms. As a result, I went to my personal doctor, and he stated that I had a sinus infection. This also resulted into a migraine headache since I didn't receive any treatment prior to my personal doctor's visit. read more

This place is AWFULL I will never come here unless I have to and u should to this place me and my mom went in at 4:00pm and my mom said her name and everything they got her med and said 12.17 and my mom said it should be free and they said go over there so we went to another stations they said it's free then we had to go back over and wait in a long line and they had to rebill it was complete crazy ness and this happens every single time we come don't come here.
