Went in twice this week to load money onto my Chime banking card. Same black cashier tells me that the load system is down. The second time I asked the shift leader if there was a problem she said no and loaded the money. Whatever his name is (black gut with little braids hanging off his head) need to be disciplined or something. I will coming in monday morning to file a formal complaint about this. I visited this location recently to get a vaccination expecting to be in and out, but it was a bit more than that. I have popped into this spot before when in the area and had nothing but good experiences when making quick purchases at the front, so I'd like to be sure that I acknowledge that. The store is clean, offers some great parking and customer service is usually wonderful, especially the folks in the front of the store. 5-stars for them! When I went to check in for my appointment, the app continued to give me an error message which was not conducive to my recent lack of patience lol. That has nothing to do with this location as they don't run the Walgreens app but dernit Walgreens lol. I believe that the pharmacist behind the pharmacy register knew that I was there for my vaccination due to the fact that I was getting a whooping cough shot and my pregnant belly. She encouraged me to take a seat until I was called vs. having me wait in line and I appreciated that. Once she was ready, she called me up for my insurance card letting me know she'd "see if it'd go through", which confused me because my OB sent me there and it wasn't a credit card lol, but I digress. About 15 minutes later, another pharmacist called me into a private room and was seriously so pleasant. I was tired and hangry by then, and her energy was really uplifting. She chatted me up and quickly administered my shot - I was out of there within 5 minutes. Quickest and smoothest part of the experience. So why did I opt for a 3-star review? It was truly a 3.5 or so experience thanks to the pharmacist who gave me my shot and previous visits, but what really blew me was the bathroom. Wow, wow, wow. I haven't seen such an icky bathroom in a minute and I used a porta potty a few days before. In a place like Walgreens where there is a bunch of traffic that may include sick folks and elderly people, I'd expect that sanitary levels will be on 10 - not the case. I wish I was exaggerating when I say that it didn't look like the bathroom had been cleaned in MONTHS. The toilets were not flushed, there were streaks on the seat and inside of the bowl, tissues on the ground, the paper towel dispenser was broken, the sink was crusted over omg. I couldn't bring myself to even take pictures to share as no one else should be seeing that. I know that Walgreens doesn't always have a large team, but most businesses make it there purpose to check the bathrooms every couple of hours and have a checklist confirming that someone has picked up. That definitely isn't happening here. I think that out of my hundreds of reviews over the years, this is one of the first experiences that was seriously tainted by the bathroom alone. So heads up, visit this store with your bladder empty! read more

Do not count on them!! My script was called in three days prior to when it was due because they never fill them on time. I called the day before it was due to be filled to make sure they would have it ready (again- because they always fail to fill on time) and I was assured it would be ready I called the day due after checking online and waiting for my script to be filled. By five o clock I called and asked when it would be ready - she says it's not due yet and then counts it and says "oh it's due today" she then puts me on hold for thirty minutes- picks up and says oh I forgot about you. She then says I can get my script Monday! (Two days away) and that "they just got the order that day. This was a lie because I talked to someone the day before. I said no - I need my medication because I have surgeries lined up and I am fully out. She said ok come get them. I drove there and they CLOsED early!!! They are supposed to close at 7 and it was 6!!! Now I have no choice to wait. It wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't forgotten on the phone -lied to - and then tricked to drive all the way out there and they left early. Do not put your faith in them because they are awful!! read more

Walgreens - See that line!???? Incompetent cashiers - Drugstores Near Me - Mableton, Georgia

Walgreens pharmacy staff should be evaluated and/or replaced. I scheduled both COVID Vaccines at the same exact time. Arrive for vaccine one with no problem. 2 weeks later arrive for vaccine 2 and Walgreens does not have record of my appointment. Furthermore they don't have record of me ever receiving the first vaccination that they administered two weeks prior. I showed my vaccine card where they signed and they were lost for words. Luckily I scheduled my mother vaccine appointment on the same dates/times and I was able to get her second dose during the visit because I had upcoming travel, and push hers out a few days. I went to get COVID tested this week also and realized that my date of birth was incorrect on the requisition sticker. Now I am having issues getting my test results and when I call the pharmacy I am on hold for 30 minutes and they pick up and hang up the phone. Needless to say I don't know if I am positive or negative for COVID at this point. Complete disappointment in this pharmacy. I will not go back. read more

this is my neighborhood walgreens... spacious parking... drive through pharmacy which is a major plus... always get greeted soon as you walk in... they are always fully stocked... clean bathroom... never long wait time on the lines... oh and i love the deals they have every week read more

Slowest Pharmacy Drive Thru Ever! Most of the people that work here are not very nice and so apathetic. So many times I come to pick up or drop off a prescription I end up having to get out of the drive thru and come back because it will take forever just to get up to the window. Once you do reach the window, after you have waited literally 20 minutes in the line they will see you and have the nerve to not even acknowledge you leaving you to wait again without knowing if they will be with you soon or what and the crazy part about it is, it's EVERYONE that works in there that does it! You wait when you pull up to the window whether they have customers inside or not. They will look you in the eye and walk right past the window. I have never seen anything like it and when they know they have been extremely slow there is no acknowledgement or apology for the wait. I understand being busy, but be courteous! If this wasn't so close to my house I would not come back. They need more staff and they need a crash course in courtesy and customer service. I'm pretty sure this location probably looses business because of it. read more

The pharmacy staff at this location - oh please, someone help them! They mess up filing for insurance every time, the pharmacist has given me WRONG information on a medication and some questionable advice too. And they're not a 24 hour location. There is one girl working there who seems to know what she is doing and she is my angel! I smile and sigh a breath of relief whenever she's there. My heart goes out to ya sister. Pharmacy at this location is pathetic. Slow as Christmas. Refills are rarely ready--even when they're automatic. Takes a minimum of two--usually three visits to get my single monthly prescription. Not customer service oriented and they grossly mishandled an issue our family experienced and surprisingly, blamed the issue on another store's inadequacy in processing a purchase instead of simply bringing a quick and easy resolution. I was released from the hospital on July 25, 2018 and had to pick up some RXs. One of the RXs was for HBP, as my previous one was recalled. I was told it was not in stock, they would order it and call me when it was in. As of today, still no communication from Walgreen. I tried calling several times, but the pharmacy would not answer the phone. Finally got a store manager who tried to assist, but couldn't read my profile. She put a pharmacist on the phone that told me they still do not have my RX in stock and it should be in the store August 3rd, 2018 and that I was welcome to stop by then...REALLY???? At no time did anyone offer to call another store or offer to contact my doctor to see if they could substitute something else until the RX came in. The pharmacist today didn't seem to be concerned that I had not had my RX in over a week and that HBP is nothing to play with. They really need to get rid of the people that were working on July 25th, 2018 and today August 1, 2018 in the pharmacy. read more
