Bottom is the basement and top floor goes to street level. After figuring out what to get, I used the self checkout but it was not showing the true sale price. I looked for an employee to help me and the sales associate Derrika was the only one around. She was amazing and helped me at the register. She was able to troubleshoot and figure out why the system was showing the wrong prices pretty quickly. She was also by herself at the moment, had to take a customer call who was rambling on about some issue that has nothing to do with Derrika, and was also actively making sure people around were ok. So my review is mostly for Derrika, she made me experience at this CVS very pleasant and I appreciate her service and dedication without losing her cool. Go Derrika!

It's located right on the corner of North and Piedmont avenues, next to a grocery store and some apartment buildings. There's a parking lot out front and security at the door. I went straight to the makeup section and then grabbed some snacks. It's definitely an outdated Walgreens, but it did the trick. The one employee I interacted with was really nice, I wish I would have gotten her name. I'm sure it fulfills its purpose for the neighborhood.

To order through the app (which is equally deplorable) is a whole 'nother level of disappointment. I ordered 5 things for pick up through the app. 1) The order got delayed. Ok, no problem. 2) I go through the online prompts, which said that I could pick up my order through the drive through--great! I get to the drive thru and wait a few minutes, because I can see that the employee was helping other customers. After about 5 minutes, I press the call button and tell him I'm here for a pickup order. He dissapears and comes back, saying he doesn't have it. I repeated that it was a store pickup order, and he says "oh, I'll be right back, it's probably by the photo section." There's a huge mirror on the window and I could see that he was in the back of the area (where he thought I couldn't see him) filling prescriptions. I pressed the call button numerous times and no one answered, so I drove to the front and went inside, frustrated. I waited another 5 minutes at the photo area to retrieve my order. The employee (a different one) said that she was wondering where I was--even though I selected that I was going through the drive thru online. She brought me my order and I got in the car, but something told me to check before I left...keep reading, it gets better! I open the sealed, brown paper bag, and it's someone else's order. None of the things I brought were in there. I walked back to the store, steaming at this point, and told the employee that this was not mine. She blames it on someone else and then says she'll be back. What I didn't realize was that she was going around the store, shopping for my stuff. I would've cancelled my order had I known she was doing that (because they were "out of stock" for a few things anyway). She came back, put my items in the same crumpled up back, and said here you go. I know this was long, but this was a terrible, awful, ridiculous experience from top to bottom. So many things were awful, from the lack of communication, to the neglect, to the inattention to detail. I will pretend this place doesn't exist from this day forward.

When a prescription is sent to them, they'll notify you of it being ready and you can schedule delivery, generally within a 2 hour window. Their pricing is on par with other pharmacies and you don't have to use health insurance to use their service, you can pay out of pocket. They also offer some medical supplies. It's quick, convenient and I've had great results so far. I love having my scripts delivered and there is no charge for it either, but remember to tip your driver! 100% recommended!

At least on my plan (and this varies depending on what plan and so much more) it was the lowest cost around I could find. This pharmacy has no sign, no storefront. Its located on the first floor of an office building by the Jewish Temple, which also owns the building. Its in with AID Atlanta. You can park for free in the parking deck behind. Then walk to the front door, enter, turn left on ground floor and if there is someone at the desk just turn right and say your going to the pharmacy. Its just down the hall on your left, with a sign by door AHF Pharmacy. AHF has offices around the country. Not a lot of them but there is also a branch in Lithonia and on Cheshire Bridge. Check the website. It is a NONPROFIT and 96c of each dollar earned goes back to the community in treating mostly HIV and its not just in the USA. They have programs in Africa too to help those in need there. So if you fill your prescriptions here profits go to people in need rather than big corporate operations. That might be important to you. There are 2 people that work here and they close for lunch from 12:00N to 12:30pm. I was very happy to get prescriptions filled with no hassle and the best possible price, although again your plan you have is what really controls the price for most people. Knowing that 96c of every dollar made on my prescriptions helps those in need is enough right there to steer me here! FYI MY health plan is AMBETTER. They do let me use many of the other major pharmacies in the area but their website preloaded this location first and since I went and liked it thats where I will stay as long as the arrangement lasts. They also do mail order! That can be quite convenient. I'm retired and live near so its not a problem to stop in early in the day, but FYI PM traffic almost anywhere in Atlanta after 300p can be a hassle, so try the mail order if you like. I have done that with other pharmacies and that works well and saves a drive if pick up is not convenient. For most normal hour works mail order is the way to go. My doctor's office called and she hung up on them twice. She was very rude to both of us. Uncalled for behavior! I received a text that my prescription was being filled, then two minutes later canceled. I have been a long time customer (dealing with their bad customer service) but will be pulling all my prescriptions and business from CVS immediately. All other reviews on this location are spot on!
