I had my first refill experience this week and it was great! Although I love the Publix method which is to phone in your refills, typing in the script # and leaving any special instructions via voicemail then receiving a robo call a day or so later notifying the customer the prescription is ready for pick up and the pharmacy hours and the always quick drive through pick up, Athens Pharmacy is super responsive to phone call refill requests, and is very friendly, offering same day refills. The drive through had about 3 cars waiting when I arrived earlier this week and I just walked in, and had about a five-minute wait to complete my transaction. Well, 10minutes probably, since I accidentally dumped my wallet out at the checkout (Momma didn't name me Grace!!!) Another customer was kind enough to hand me a couple of things that fell out of my wallet that I overlooked. I enjoyed looking at the small section of what looked like hand painted Athens-themed Christmas ornaments for sale, on the way out. Thanks Athens Pharmacy for offering an old school, hometown feeling pharmacy that really offers anything you could need including greeting cards, candles and a good assortment of gift items in addition to all the standard pharmacy and home care items you are accustomed to seeing.

She can do thermal imaging on the entire body and compares scans at the 3 month mark to establish a baseline. She's a world of knowledge, extremely kind, and very professional. I can't say enough kind things or recommend her enough. She does take FSA and HSA. Sheila does lymphatic massage and it's been life changing. Victoria noticed some areas that needed to be addressed. In 4 sessions with Sheila I am almost clear of everything. It is a painless enjoyable 1 hour session. Please note this is not a hands on massage rather a treatment utilizing what looks like glass bulbs. She as well takes FSA and HSA. Terry is the owner and he's amazing. He said "I can take care of that for you so you don't have to worry about it." So here's the thing. He didn't have to do that. He took it the extra step and completely exceeded my expectations. The staff may be friendly, but the business model feels poorly managed and not transparent.
