This place has horrible customer service. You will always waite at least 45min in their drive thru to pick up prescriptions. They also routinely run out of medications and you have to waite days to get it. In addition sometimes the store opens late or not at all because of staffing issues. After getting my prescriptions filled, the lady who was helping me asked 3 times if I wanted the shingles vaccine. I said no all 3 times. The 3rd time she asked me, she used a scare tactic to persuade me into take the vaccine, stating if I don't get the vaccine and I get shingles (which I've already had before), my eyes could get blisters, swell shut, etc. When any patient says no, it should end there. I called, spoke to one of the managers stating what happened. Manager backed up the lady, who essentially harassed me about getting the vaccine. No should always mean no. After waiting in line at the drive in for a hour and half because the inside was closed, got to the window at 10:00 and they said they we're closed told her I had been in line for over 1 1/2 hrs and she just closed the window, as I type this I have been on hold for 1 hr15 min to find out why my medication isn't ready I'm ready to move all my medication to brookshire or magnolia pharmacy!!! read more

I have never had a good experience here. They never have things ready on time. I have been trying to get my son's amoxicillin filled all day and I finally go back to pick it up and they closed early because they don't have a pharmacist on staff. So my son has a prescription for the most basic anabiotic known to man and these people can't even fill it on time told me to come back and now they're not even open. Tried to get a flu shot since my health insurance is contracted with Walgreens, not CVS. I imagined it would be quick and easy but in fact it was neither quick nor easy. Upon entry there was already not a great vibe going with this store and it just got worse the longer I was in here. The person in the pharmacy that started trying to help me was a trainee, which is never a good sign when you see them out in the wild unaccompanied by an adult holding their hand and holding a rolled up newspaper to swat them with when they do bad. This trainee had trouble with nearly everything involved with taking my information, putting it into the system, and consummating transaction. Like this person kept confusing numbers, names, and generally either not listening or not being able to keep a thought in their mind for more than a microsecond. At this point a substantial line had formed since what takes other pharmacy techs 20 seconds to pull up your record, check your insurance, and git er done had taken approximately 30 minutes by this point. The store manager came back since the line was not insubstantial at this point and had not moved since the guy had no idea what he was doing so nothing was moving since he had an enormous amount of trouble even entering my phone number into his little system. At this point the trainee admitted they had no idea what they were doing and my patience was basically gone. We were sent to the more experienced pharmacy tech, who was wonderful and very helpful - whatever they pay her, they literally do not pay her enough to calm the colourfully Jim Lahey characterized shit tornado of this location. If I was reviewing her I would give her five stars. But I am reviewing this location which, absent Maureen, would score zero stars. I had not intended to spend an hour at the Walgreens in the middle of the day to ultimately walk out of there without the flu shot and have to just go pay cash for it at the CVS over yonder where I was in and out with polite customer service in under 10 minutes including paperwork, paying, and chatting with the pharmacist about life - now that is how you run a pharmacy like the CVS, not like this. So far so good, since new Insurance plan ORDERED us to change Pharmacies. Well, I must say this Walgreens has great Pharmaceutical Staff! Medications are more expensive on some prescriptions than other Phamacies and on most every other item in the store. This location is much more convenient to our home. read more

I have going to this Walgreens since it opened. When it first opened it was the only option in the neighborhood,it had 2 drive throughs and even then the staff was less than to be desired. Always slow and cofused,now it is only one lane and even slower. The outside of the store is filthy,the drive through always has a huge line,my question is why does anyone come here? My family has been using this Walgreens Pharmacy for the last 6 years, and they have always been kind and helpful. Even the couple times a medication was out of stock, they helped me transfer the Rx to another pharmacy and took time to thoroughly answer my questions. The pharmacist recently called just to check on my husband to make sure he was handing a medication well since it can have side effects. We have been happy with this pharmacy. read more

I'm done using Walgreens. For years and years they have been my pharmacy but at this point I'm just done. The lines are 30 minutes long at a minimum and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Then there is an issue with my insurance. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go to pick up my refills and I'm told "oh that will be $500 ma'am". When my last two or three refills were $12. It's absolutely ridiculous. They are literally clueless. One of my prescriptions is free. They literally tried to charge me almost $500. They are understaffed and clearly under trained. Buyer Beware! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacist and her staff were extremly rude to my Dr.and was very racist towards my husband while he attempted to pick up medications that my life depends on. She refused to fill the medications after filling them for a year, without issues, until my very obviously non Caucasian husband tried to pick up my medications. i had several seizures and was admitted to the hospital because of the pharmacist's very obnoxious power trip and racism. I do not pull the race card ever. But Brandy made it blatantly obvious when she refused to follow my Dr.'s orders to fill it, suddenly, out of no where. She put my life at risk and caused my family to endure unnecessary trauma watching me have scary seizures that would have resulted in a stroke had I not gotten to a hospital in time. I have taken my business elsewhere and will not ever spend 1 penny at any Walgreens ever again. read more

I would put zero stars if possible. I waited over 20 minutes behind one car in the drive-through today, with four cars behind me. Finally gave up and went inside. Lady overheard me telling my husband he could get out of line as I had the prescription, and not too pleasantly told me, "Well, we do Covid testing in that lane too". WHAT?!!!! So they apparently never thought of having the person getting a Covid test pull into a parking spot and wait for the results, instead of holding up everyone else who needed to just pick up a prescription. I've been here only twice and both experiences were not good. First they stare at you like you going to rob the place. Second they don't greet you. Today I went to get pictures and I literally had the lady just ask for my last name didn't talk to me didn't say thank you when the transaction was done. They are just rude women there . If you have a bad ankle, go to CVS. I bought get my ankle brace and ace bandage here. After I left the pharmacy, it set off the front door alarm. I walked back to show my receipt and the cashier up front made me walk back to the pharmacy after my told her I have a bad ankle. On top of that, the woman in the pharmacy said the cashier shouldn't have done that to me with two items. Seemed like the other customers that witnessed the situation would agree. I came in to get my blood pressure checked and they do not have a blood pressure machine for the public to use!!! That was very aggravating!!! Update three. Unbelievably, it's worse. Lost my child's prescription that was verified electronically to have been received (not the first time we've had this happen) then hung up on the doctor's office when they tried to fix it. When the doctor's office resent the prescription, they didn't bother to call me to let me know it was out of stock and would be an extra day. The capper: when I told the manager that we would be moving that prescription to CVS, and why, he had the gall to not only cancel the prescription so it wouldn't transfer, but show it as filled in a national database so it couldn't be filled for 30 days! We were able to get that fixed, with yet another call or two from the doctor's office. The upshot: it's going to take six days to get a prescription filled. Six. As well as 30 minutes of extra work from the doctor's office and two wasted trips to the store from me because you can't get through on the phone. All because the pharmacy is completely, utterly incompetent; and they're mean, to boot. I cannot un-recommend this place enough. Don't walk, run away. read more

Took over an hour for a family of four to have flu vaccines. And we were the first people in line. Assistant made us pay for our 7 year old's Flumist, later to find out with insurance it should have been covered and she didn't even try to put a claim through. Went back to the pharmacy to have it corrected, waited another 30 minutes, and they wouldn't help. Wouldn't even give us a paper claim to have the insurance company we pay thousands of dollars a year reimburse us for a covered expense. WILL NEVER GO BACK. read more

Slowest pharmacy I have ever seen in my life. This place has always taken forever to get any prescription filled, even on a good day. Even if you're the first person they've seen all day. They will find SOME way of making you wait hours. I had my wisdom teeth removed, and my surgeon called in for the pain meds as being urgent. I arrive, and am made to wait 1.5 hrs while I'm screaming in agony with blood all over my shirt. I would have gone without any pain whatsoever, if it weren't for this massive tub of #%$& of a pharmacy. My waiting on them to fill my prescriptions was *literally* worse than my surgery. read more

Terrible experience that has been building for months. The store manager, Shaquita, is very unprofessional. It surprises me that they would have someone with her attitude managing their pharmacy. But it shouldn't be that surprising since they can't keep medication in stock. I have tried to get 3 different prescriptions filled there in the last 6 months that they were unable to fill. So I had to go to a Walgreens in The Woodlands. It has been convenient to use them because I have been a customer for years and they are close to my house but no more. I'll take my prescriptions elsewhere from now on. They obviously don't need me, my husband, and 4 kids business. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy.
