Some of the staff in the pharmacy, however, are unfriendly, rude and inefficient although there are some excellent ones in that department as well. It is hard to get help finding things in what Is a nice clean well stocked store. There are two really great pharmacists and one not so much. The specials and coupons are good bargains but like all CVS stores using them can be awkward and there is lots of fine print.

There was a line of about 10 people for quite some time while I was there shopping. Eventually when I got in line there was only 5 people in line. This place is VERY popular. Store is VERY clean. Being that it is in downtown uptown it gets lots of foot traffic.

Dr. Bentzoni and her team know me by my first name. They are extremely friendly and always make an effort to go the extra mile. I prefer to come into the store; however, I have found that the Pharmacy Drive Thru window is incredibly efficient and easy to use. I've always been pleased with the exceptional level of service coming from the Pharmacy. I would hate to lower my rating of this CVS, because the care I receive from PharmD Kim and her team is so exceptional; However, the check-out experience for the front of the store is a disaster; the Shelves are poorly stocked, and trying to check out from the front of the CVS retail store is less than desirable.

The Walgreens opens but not their pharmacy on Sundays…read more Ran into this pharmacy a couple of times either the prescription was out of stock or it closes on Sundays. One thing that's very damaging to our cars are the huge high speed bumps for that tiny parking lot. Even we drive 5 mph still damaging to our vehicles. With little customers and small area, I didn't see that need at all. With my long period on traffic and road safety, the only problem they might have was drivers taking a short cut between Little Rock Road and Tuckaseegee Road.

She likes the Elizabeth Taylor White Diamonds line, and it can be hard to find at times. Walked in with her and unfortunately the only thing I can say from my observations is that that staffing level is a joke. She walked in and took a couple of minutes, but she promptly found what she was looking for. It was behind glass but that is not an unusual anit-theft measure these days. Back to the front counter and only one station open (turned out that was the only Walgreens employee available) and there were two ahead of her. No problem but when she got to the counter and asked for someone to open the display to get what she wanted, she was informed that the person at the cashier was the only person who could open the cabinet for her. Finally she went back to the display and opened it for my wife. Originally my wife only wanted one there were two available and to avoid going through this again, she took both boxes. Back to the front and even though the cashier had walked her back to the merchandize, she was again second in the que. At this point just an aggravation but it the store had been busier; it could have been a disaster.

From the always rude staff to pickup notifications being sent for prescriptions that aren't ready , it seems to always be something new to deal with. I may sound old fashioned but I long for the good ole days when businesses cared about their customers.
