Apparently they only hire the hateful people to work at the Walgreens pharmacy in Manchester. 2/10 times do I get someone pleasant.

By the far the worse pharmacy ever in the world was in line for an hour before the pharmacy closed and the line did not move. Finally when I get to the window they have a sign that says the pharmacist is gone but that is not visible until the window. Went in to talk to the manager who is completely incompetent to be leading a store and got no answers as to why even though we were in line an hour before closing that the line didn't move. Another older employee started making side comments about a situation she was not involved in. The best thing that can happen is this store be closed down. This Walgreens is clean and well stocked. Employees helpful and kind. The pharmacy was very helpful in finding me another manufacturer of medicine that didn't upset my stomach. read more

The SLOWEST pharmacy in Tennessee. I've never waited so long in my life. They will call to tell you that your prescription is ready and you get there for them to tell you that it will be another 30 minutes. They talk to each other and laugh while a lobby is full and cars are lined up to the front of the building. They need better management read more

Zero stars. Long wait time , poor customer service. Call away, if you want the pharmacist to hang up on you. Prescriptions not ready days later after refill order. Full refill orders never complete, requiring multiple trips a week for your families medication. Poor communication about missing order items. The drive time and fuel cost is worth the trip to Tullahoma. read more

Some seriously eye-popping prices on batteries. Swung by to pick up some 123 lithium batteries b/c Amazon was going to take too long and I didnt want to pay $7.50 at Walmart for a pack of 2 (they are ~$2 apiece on Amazon). Price for the SAME thing at this Walgreens? $22 for a pack of 2! No wonder they dont post prices online. No thanks! read more

I would give a zero if I could. the pharmacy is the absolute worst, employees at and and talk ignore the customers. LIE about when they will not refuse your medications. The are not to worried about fraud either, will charge for items covered by insurance because they are SO LAZY to call or even fill a script. I WOULD NEVER recommend any one going to this location EVER. read more

The store is clean and employees are fairly friendly but the pharmacy is horrible. First they pick and choose what dr's they will fill prescriptions for and if they choose to fill yours don't believe the wait time they give you. If they say 20 min it actually is more like an hour and 20 min. The only time I will go there anymore is if they have a really good deal on something I can't get somewhere else. read more
