She hit my car with one of the baskets and gave a short rude "Sorry" when I looked at her. We called to voice our concerns to the manager and was told they wouldn't be in till 10, so I stated that I would just call back then. The same person who was rude when bringing out our order called back wanting to know what we wanted the manager for, to which I repeated several times "I'll call Mark back later, Thank you". A few minutes later she called back again from the store phone number. At this point it's harassment. I tried calling the store manager three different times and was prompted to leave a message, he hasn't called back. At this point we are ready to go to corporate with it, but no one will give us the store managers name and the online grocery receipts do not have the store number on them. Transferring prescriptions between this Walgreens and one in our home state was a breeze. We just had to call and they took care of it speedily and accurately. In town now, we just experienced the great customer service again. The store is big and clean and has a good assortment of household products, groceries, supplements, and OTC meds as well. During peak times, like early evening, there can be a bit of a wait at the Rx counter, so if you can call ahead and use the drive through, I would. Very happy with this location.

Have you ever dropped off a prescription to be refilled at a large pharmacy and told it will take a half hour to get it filled?
