We went and picked up an online grocery order. The employee that brought out our order was very rude and on her personal phone the whole time. She hit my car with one of the baskets and gave a short rude "Sorry" when I looked at her. We called to voice our concerns to the manager and was told they wouldn't be in till 10, so I stated that I would just call back then. The same person who was rude when bringing out our order called back wanting to know what we wanted the manager for, to which I repeated several times "I'll call Mark back later, Thank you". A few minutes later she called back again from the store phone number. At this point it's harassment. I tried calling the store manager three different times and was prompted to leave a message, he hasn't called back. At this point we are ready to go to corporate with it, but no one will give us the store managers name and the online grocery receipts do not have the store number on them. Definitely won't be going back unless we just ABSOLUTELY have to. read more

The employees, at least some of them, have ZERO customer service skills. You need to understand that it's the customers keeping you employed out of necessity. I hate it here and try to limit my purchases because the piss-poor attitudes of SOME of your employees are abysmal. On top of that they don't have communication skills and if they're at a register usually they are on their phones which can mean mistakes which is also frustrating. Even the ones that do curbside orders are lacking. If you hate your job go somewhere else. This location is trash and I feel sorry for the employees that have common sense and pleasant demeanors that work here with nimrods. This is why I mostly go to Krogers down the street. read more

For the second time in a row, I went to pick up a prescription from my Maumelle Walmart. I used the insideRx app to get a price. Both times, Walmart charged more. They blamed it on insideRx both times. I came home and called them after the second time and they told me that the approval amount was correct and that walmart is adding a $6 fee. I made a trip for a Christmas tree, just to be told they are closing the doors back there . They were kind enough to let me go in. But the supervisor that was on duty was rushing me and was rude and nonchalant. I just as well not gone in I will spend my money in N Little Rock or Sherwood Walmart for a Christmas tree. Came for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After wasting 1 hour there they tell me they changed the oil but couldn't rotate the tires because they have a new manager who doesn't let them rotate tires that are 35s because of "claims". Don't waste your time here there's plenty of better tire and lube places in maumelle. I offered to sign a waiver or whatever they wanted just to have them rotated and they declined to let me. So basically they don't want to work. read more

Wanted to give a shout out to Ron in the Auto department. We are driving across the country from TN to NV with a Uhaul trailer on my SUV. Well our car got a flat tire and the Uhaul had to be lifted off the car to change the tire. The trailer is 3000 pounds mind you. He showed us how to use the jack to get it off and once complete was the only reason we were able to get it back on. If it wasn't for him our trip could have been over. Thank you Ron! I had a prescription refilled at the Maumelle, AR pharmacy. It showed a price on InsideRx at the Walmart location. When I went to pick it up, they gave me a different price. It should have been $20.19 and Walmart told me it would be $26.19. When I complained, the girl helping me told me that InsideRx had the wrong price; when she punched in the code, it came to the $26.19. She said that they were not responsible for erroneous prices stated by other companies. I paid it although I was unhappy about it. ( Also, I was not allowed to pay at the front with my other items, because it was over their $25.00 limit to allow that!!!) When I got home, I called InsideRx and she looked it up. The $20.19 was the correct price and she said that any additional price would have been added by the Walmart store. That is false advertising. Walmart is adding a fee and then they try to play it off on someone else. This is just another example of Walmart taking advantage of customers. Disgusting! If Walmart does slip in a fee, AT LEAST MAKE SURE THAT THE PRICE QUOTED SHOWS THAT PRICE! read more

I am so sick of this Walmart and the employees in the store pickup/delivery department. I have been a long time customer and spent a whole lot of money over the years with you guys. I became disabled 2 years ago and have had several back surgeries so I was so happy when you started offering delivery subscription service Since I was unable to get out and shop. It started out amazing TWO YEARS AGO! The past few months have been the worst. I would place an order and when the time came to have it delivered I would get a message saying that it is delayed. I would wait several hours and nothing. I would call the store and no one would answer. I would call the 800 number and customer service could not even get anyone on the phone. Now I am presented with two options, wait and hope the order would show up or get a refund that would take several days to process. I am on a fixed income and need food and supplies. So I would get my walker out and load up in my truck and drive 15 minutes one way to your store and park in the pick up spot and repeatedly call the local number until I get someone. Sometimes waiting 30 minutes or longer. I have even had to flag employees down and have to get the manager out to fix the issue. I always get the same excuses, "we're short staffed, the driver has your delivery sir I don't know why you have not got it, we cant get any drivers today". So why do you offer to deliver products to me at a specified time then decline to do so. You also have my phone number on file. Just call me and let me know what's going on. I am actually a reasonable person when I'm not pissed off. So let me ask you, I have had at least 4 times I was told my order was picked up, but it was never delivered to my home. some of these orders were over $400 and I was given a refund. So your loosing money on drivers scamming orders from you, your poor customer service, and rude, lazy employees... How are you still employed? Who is running the circus? The clowns? There is no accountability any more. Managers are too scared to walk out ands talk so they send normal staff out. I even had one of your employees curse me out. I really hope you all loose your jobs and they find some competent people to take your place. Not that I will ever spend money with you again. One day you will look back and realize your lazy, worthless and will never hold any meaningful position in the work place or society. I really hope this makes it to your corporate office and they run you all off. Mr. Walton would be ashamed. But this is the problem with big business, no one is at the wheel. this walmart is a serious hit and miss on things that I need or use. I steer clear of buying food from there period, never have had good luck with it especially Eggs, and Milk and make sure I check the date on anything I buy there, Like the rudy's farm sausage... I tried to return a defective product and they would not take it back. I had just purchased HP printer ink and nothing will come out. It was a double pack so if I was trying to rip them off I think I would have used all the ink before trying to return it. Went to Office Depot because it was close and got more. They said if I had have purchased it there they have no problem taking it back. I have called customer service but have had no contact from this store as of yet. I have cut my Walmart shopping back to nearly nothing now it will be nothing. read more

Never have them work on your car... They will over charge you for EXTREMELY slow and poor service. Literally the worst experience of my life just trying to get 2 new tires... 4 hours. For 2 tires... Yes, I saw the documentary years ago, exposing the business and I agree on what was said...but it's so much weird-fun to enter your portals from time to time like today. Just looking for a cheap styrofoam cooler to put ice in for my son's wedding reception. Were they in the ice cooler section? Nope. Were they in the Outdoor section? Nope. Garden section? Nope. My son and I resigned ourselves to go to Walgreens and checked out only to discover the $6.97 styrofoam coolers sitting next to the customer service section! Nice marketing idea! Make people pay more for something they won't use more than once! But we got it and shook our heads in sadness about some of the elders they employ there...the one old man in Garden supplies section was holding on to a garden chair for dear life and not looking too well. After speaking with several associates, Pam came over and was able to solve my issue in a timely manner and made sure I left satisfied. A person posted a negative review about Wal-Mart stating that they had bad experiences with expired food, as well as, Wal-Mart losing its greeter that kept a smile on his face. Although, at this particular Wal-Mart, this outcome had occurred, I would not necessarily agree that they deserved a negative review because it is being based off a certain number of things/items and I couldn't see a huge store such as Wal-Mart to actually sell a lot of expired items. However, this did occur in 2012, so there has been improvement done, since then. read more
